Our room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
There was no view but that made it quiet so a good trade off.
The location is perfect.
I can't say that it is a nice and cosy hotel, I'd say it just normal. Not too good or too bad. If you are on a business trip - it suits ok, because you just spend there a night time which is enough for this hotel.
The location next to Trafalgar Square
The bed very uncomfortable and tiny for 2 people. The room small. Bathroom small. Shower curtain I don’t like. Noisy ventilation system in the room. Dirty carpet. Stairs to get to the room. Dirty remote for tv.
Lovely grand entrance, good location and helpful staff.
This hotel is lovely but the rooms are not! I expected a queen bed was a double! The view of back alleys and overlooked wasn’t good! Also we had one very flat and uncomfortable pillow. My kneck was in agony when I woke the next morning plus the constant ringing of some bell all night! For almost £300 I was not best pleased at all. Not to mention the fact they only provided a wooden stick in the room.. no spoons! Apparently the staff told me I’m the more you pay the better you get for example if I was to if bought a room for £400 then I would of got a decent pillow! I mean come on!!!
