Without question one of the best stays and hotels I’ve visited in London in over 20 years. Stunningly comfortable rooms, a breakfast of kings and service you’d always wish for !! A great stay
Location and the best staff in London, very helpful..
The staff and managers in the lounge were excellent. The reception staff did all to get us in for early check in and were great. All around a great stay.
Mattress on sofabed is very poor. We asked for a topper to be put on and it helped. Memory foam mattresses would work better on sofa bed.
Everything: kind and helpful staff; clean, comfort and nice rooms, breakfast at the terrace and kind staff there, location which is close to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Covent Garden; charming cross station is downstairs along with Boots pharmacy, M&S supermarket and other shopping places which all can be reach by walking.
It’s not a didn’t like but if breakfast menu has halal options would be a good bonus.
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff Concierge were very helpful indeed., nothing too much trouble and very informative. Lovely large rooms with excellent maid service
The breakfast room was very small, I felt more of a healthy option could of been available, melon was but no berries or granola Pillows were too big and bulky but the bed was comfortable
