Helpful staff, excellent location for walking the city avoiding the need for Tube travel.
Great stay, lovely staff
Only one pillow per person and shower curtain didn’t keep the water in.
It’s prime location to everything. Trafalgar Square was maybe a minute walk and China Town / Leicester was about a 5 minute walk. The front desk was extremely helpful with giving directions to the Tottenham stadium. Caffe Concerto and Garfunkel’s was easily accessible as you walked out the door. And the laundry was a great help as well as the refillable chilled water bottles and ice.
The air conditioning’s lowest setting was 16C, which should be rather cold. But it didn’t seem to get as cool as the setting. We’re from Texas so we like it cold so it could just be us. It worked well enough
Bed comfy. Shower lovely, powerful and hot. Filtered water available free from vending machine near room.
Man on reception when we checked in wasn’t very clear in speech, charged us the cost of room plus £30, but didn’t explain what this was for and didn’t explain until we asked, it apparently is deducted on check out!! Also, didn’t seem to be interested in his job, wasn’t overly helpful. Very surprised the bar closed at 11pm, we weren’t allowed in even though we were residents. We went to the pub across the road, which closed at midnight.

There is plenty of great eating at Club Quarters Hotel Trafalgar Square. Boyds Grill & Wine Bar serves great British fare while 50 Kalo di Ciro Salvo specializes in serving Neapolitan-style pizza. In fact, the pizza’s authenticity is beyond doubt because the hotel employs a third-generation pizza maker from Naples to supervise the making of pizza. The pizzeria also ensures authenticity because the tomatoes and mozzarella are imported straight from Italy.
