Location, spa and Tom Kerridge restaurant. Beds were very comfortable.
We told them it was our anniversary and checked in to find champagne and chocolate cake in our room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Decor was lovely. Service was amazing. Location was right near Embankment stop for the tube. Kerrington’s restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. Be sure to dress up for dinner. Morning buffet in the North Hall offered lots of choices. Restroom has audio of local actors reading prose and poetry.
Not a single thing!
Room 237 was a lot noisier than my previous stays.Traffic accelerating from the lights annoying
