We got a chance to meet the owner, whom gave us wonderful advice on local restaurants and finding wildlife, specifically a grizzly and her two cubs affectionately known as 399. Rooms were spotless, large and nicely decorated. The property is 50 yards from the center of town, 10 from the airport and 5 min from the Elk Refuge. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying!

In less than an hour they had booked it for us. No problem whatsoever! Not sure about the price, but from my best recollection it was within $10 of what I paid for the same float in 1987! An even better deal when you consider it was all handled for me.

Cons: We stayed in Jackson at another hotel earlier in the week before our reservation at the Wort. We happened to eat at the grill restaurant in the hotel and the service was awful. Our server took our appetizer before we were finished and tried to take a half full drink of mine away. We didn't receive our entrees until an hour after we were seated with a 35 minute wait between the appetizer being taken away and the entree appearing. When we asked if our food was coming the staff was unhelpful though our food appeared shortly thereafter. I have no problem with a kitchen running behind or an order being forgotten, but it is not okay to not acknowledge the issue. They took 20% off our bill but given that the food was mediocre at best, we left very dissatisfied. We plan to come back to Jackson Hole but will not be returning to eat at the hotel, nor would we reccomend it.

Cons: The room was smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. The Lexington is mostly a Motel which I didn't realize until we got our room. Maybe it is my fault for not looking more into this, but I thought I was booking a room in a Hotel. It wasn't a huge deal, but we did have to walk is freezing temps to get to the breakfast.

Cons: The place wasn't really what we thought from the pictures. The Spa was closed the bar was closed and bistro was closed and we didn't know till it came on or email confirmation and it said that we couldn't cancel or we would still be charged. When we got there they said our room wasn't ready and they would call us when it was ready that was at 1. At 4:30 we decided to check again and they said it had been ready for a while but they hadn't ever called. Then we tried to use the shuttle service and the number they gave us didn't answer so I left a message and got a text back to call the hotel office if we wanted a shuttle ride. It was just over all not worth what we paid and we wont go back.

The hotel would not allow us to cancel, and we could not stay because we could not get there. The hotel could have been understanding instead of just taking a hard line. There are many hotels in Jackson Hole. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

Cons: The blanket that was on the bed is quite old and doesn't look to nice. I found the toilet a little dirty but the next day they clean it. They use only one sheet for the bed and on top the white blanket and then another blanket which I don't like it. The price is a little bit high for what they offer.

Cons: Quite a maze through the older property. (Our room was easy enough to access, but it wasn’t a busy night or season) Door into room was crowded, barely clearing the bathroom counter. Would be more difficult if traveling with ski gear or larger luggage. Pull out couch that was not comfortable enough for adult to sleep on. Things were oddly stored in the hall and dumped outside on the grass that didn’t belong. If remodeling the rooms, they were still definitely out of place when I took a walk around the property.

Cons: Took 1st floor as no elevators and was awakened by every footstep of visitors sbove us. The fact that hotels rate was much cheaper than what I got it for on Kayak was frustrating. Go directly through hotel. Why is there a resort fee for a hotel with no amenities??

Cons: Our reservation was for 2 condos. We made the reservations 5 months in advance .When we got there they did not have 2 condos for us. They asked us if we would stay in one 2 bedroom condo. We did because we had no choice but then we didn’t have our privacy. They said they would make a big adjustment. Which they did when we checked out but after we left they sent they the charge for 2 condos instead. After talking with accounting he said he would adjust. Waiting on that. Did not like the bait and switch feel!!

Cons: The resort is an older facility, the bathrooms need cleaned up. Our bathroom was very dirty, the white tiles and grout had black mold on them, the bathtub was very dirty and the fixtures are very old.

Cons: Snow King is about a half mile from the center of town. It would have been nice to be within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants.

Cons: Our room was never vacuumed either when we arrived or any of the 5 days we were there. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The facility seems run down. We had very noisy neighbors, so the front desk moved us...right next to the elevator. So we still had to deal with a lot of noise until late at night and early in the morning.

Cons: Old, Outdated, Bathroom was dirty and the size of a RV. Mold on tub closet was a joke. Rooms were non refundable. Don’t waste your money. I could not see where they were handicap accessible.

Cons: The room was nothing like the room on the web site. The room was old and musty smelling. They must cater to skiers as you could tell the smell embedded. The bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to shut or open the door. The linens were clean but over washed; pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
