Pros: Covid so no amenities. Location is great.
Cons: If they’re stating that they’re cleaning better than before covid.. then I’d hate to see how nasty this place was before hand. Night lights in bathroom won’t work, exhaust fan doesn’t work. Can lights starting to fall out of the ceiling door bumper fell out of the wall. Hair in the tub food in the furniture. I thought it was a pull out sofa only reason I found all the food. I wasn’t looking for any faults with this place. Check In time 4pm we got here 730ish plenty of time for them to attempt to clean.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) had a great stay at World Mark in a 2 bedroom unit. It was a great amount of space for us with 1 twin bedroom and 1 master with its own bathroom. The small living/dining area was good to relax in and the kitchen was stocked enough to make some simples meals. It was nice to not have to eat out every day. There was even a washer/dryer in unit so we didn't have to pack as much. We walked to the market a few blocks away. Everything in town was pretty close so location was good as well. Definitely recommend a stay here, esp if traveling with a family. They even had a murphy bed in the living room, in case you had 2 more guests.
Cons: Dishwashing machine wasn't working well in our unit so we mostly had to hand wash the dishes, not a huge deal.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The rooms are big, include kitchens and very clean. The interior facing one are quiet and away from snowmobile noise.
Cons: You must pay for the WiFi daily, which given the room cost, seems ridiculous. Also, there is no pool or hot tub currently and no notice of this issue until you arrive.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: 3 Separate Sleeping Areas, Full Kitchen and Two Bathrooms, Living Room with Fire Place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly
Cons: I didn’t like that the roads were icy and we couldn’t even park we got stuck, just wish they could clean the parking lot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved having the room to spread out and have a kitchen for meals. The pool and hot tubs were great.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Good location, nice hotel,
Cons: We have a refund for 1 night due for a change made under “free cancellation” policy, and can’t find anyone to get the refund. Booking say the hotel is in charge, the hotel say Booking is in charge... Don’t believe free cancellation if there is a prepayment!!!
Okay 5.1
Pros: Staff was very friendly & helpful
Cons: Pool too cold & spa gave us skin irritations! November is bad time to go ! All is closed in town , Park is closed even in North Entrance !! RCI told us it was open !! It snowed almost every day, too cold for outdoor activities ! we wasted 6 h driving for nothing !! Very dissatisfied with our stay !!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room and amenities were great! The location for us was perfect. And the included breakfast was great and just what we needed before our adventures for the day!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A very good location for us. Staff very friendly. Other guest friendly. Close to good food and Yellowstone.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very decent motel close to Yellowstone Entrance. Room was clean and they provided an above average breakfast. They also have laundry facilities which is nice after lots of hiking.
Cons: It was unusually hot for our stay and the AC was not up to the task.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The only thing the did not like was there was a lot of staff on their phones in the morning when I was checking out. The man at the desk was so preoccupied with his phone he didn't acknowledge me standing there.
Cons: We stayed 3 nights in various hotels outside Yellowstone. I wish we would have stayed all 3 nights here. Great hotel near a cute little town where it was easy to find food. Hotel serves breakfast in the morning which was nice because we didn't have to stop for food before hitting the park.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: very friendly check in, he moved us to a room on the first floor so I wouldn't have to hobble up the stairs. We called the front desk when our tv wasn't working, he came right over and tried to reset it. Breakfast layout was quite nice.
Cons: The TV did not work. The owner came and tried to reset it, but it only lasted 10 minutes and went out again. It would be nice if they could get a tv provider that worked in the area. But they are in the middle of no where.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was an amazing hotel, very clean, great location. Staff was friendly. Very nice
Cons: No, everything was great
Excellent 8.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The service at Crosswinds was excellent.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location.Friendly staff.Clean
Cons: I know it is very centrally located but the price was high for a two star hotel. But its a very expensive city itself so cant really complain there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lady at front desk upgraded my hotel room which was awesome!
Cons: Nothing loved everything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super clean! Great breakfast to go (in times of Covid).
Cons: Nothing. We had a great stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff and services were wonderful. It felt like we were staying in a fancy 5-star hotel at times! Honestly, everything was perfect!
Cons: Not that I can think of. We were very pleased with everything.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location near park entrance in West Yellowstone. Restaurants a short walk away, including good BBQ. Grab-and-go breakfast included. Pool and hot tub open. Pleased overall.
Cons: Quite expensive for this star level of hotel, but a considerably better price than most of its competitors in an expensive tourist town.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean room with all the amenitieswe needed. Free breakfast.
Cons: That we paid $200 for the same room that when we chexked in others wer calling on the phone and paying $110.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: The price was very high,$---,but it was the day after the total eclipse.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was good. Centrally located. The breakfast was average but about what we expected. The rooms were clean but had a musty smell to them. It was slightly above average.
Cons: The room smell was bad. Had to leave the door open for a couple of hours to get the odor out. Other than that it was average

Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate for whatever we needed. The room we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The location of the Motel was great. Easy to go shopping and close to everything in town. Loved that it was close to the Entrance to Yellowstone Park.
Cons: The breakfast was just ok. The automatic pancakes were the best part of breakfast
Poor 1.0
Cons: Shower water pressure was very poor; limited hot water; water leaking from shower onto floor; AC unit made rattling noise and could not sleep with it on. Breakfast mediocre at best. No maid daily service. Nowhere to store clothes (no drawers, closet, hangers etc)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was nice do have a hotel serve a decent breakfast, even during covid. The pool and hot tub were great. Room was good sized and comfortable beds.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great location and clean
Cons: price
Good 7.0
Pros: Front desk woman was helpful and went above and beyond to help us with room key issues and also it all felt homey
Cons: Na
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Updated
Cons: I was caught in a traffic jam for over 2 hours. When I arrived exhausted, there was no parking. The front desk staff member told me I could drive around and try to find one, or Patk 2 lots away from my room. As an older woman traveling alone, I was not at all comfortable with this and astounded by the response I got. Ultimately I parked my car at the end of the route of cars so I could be close to my room and building. I called the front desk and let them know what I did. My car was there in the morning
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly front desk people. Knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast area was cramped.
Excellent 9.2
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was well kept and pleasant, rooms were better then expected. Would stay there again!
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Nobody, including the front desk, was wearing mask. To each their own but they had signs saying mask required but the front desk didnt have any on and nobody asked the other guest, who were congregating in the lobby and hallways, to put on a mask.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Did not get the room I booked and was not offered anything in compensation although I drove 200 miles to have a jacuzzis sweet and didn’t get it. Unacceptable!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful location to do winter tours. Walking distance to restaurant. Hotel room was very clean, hot water, spacious and functional. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Abundant parking. Somewhat street noise but it was in the center of town.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Huge room! Very comfortable beds. Great location!
Cons: Quite noisy in the morning with early risers.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness, and location were great. Even with the pandemic limiting some services it it was fine.
Cons: No, I was very well taken care of.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location! Front desk personnel was extremely hospitable.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean. Pet friendly.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location And family friendly.
Cons: Breakfast adequate. But could’ve been better.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: The hotel is overly priced for the quality you receive. It's very old and has not been updated.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It’s location
Excellent 9.6
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Had to sleep in my RV it was so loud in the rooms with paper  thin walls. Staff did not care, not did they care when I stepped  on broken glass in their hall and ways. What a waste of $----for a room I didn’t even get to sleep in. Terribl
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff
Cons: Hot tub is under repair.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location. Easy access to Yellowstone. In general the rooms and place were great. I would recommend bit the China Virus has everything screwed up.
Cons: If you have pets they won't let you leave them in room in crates. Even if your going out for dinner. They have no hot breakfast because of the China Virus, it's bagged snacks of what they want to give you. Housekeeping was to be desired. Specify, Specify!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very clean, close to entrance of Yellowstone.
Cons: Overpriced for the room, and breakfast bags were terrible. Other hotels let us make our own breakfast bags, and still had warm options like waffles and pancakes during COVID. No toaster but they gave us bagels. It was awful and cheap.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The pool was great, the breakfast was very nice. Our kids were treated well by the staff, and the room was just fine.
Cons: Rooms could be updated
Excellent 8.2
Pros: If you are traveling to the Yellowstone, this maybe the best accommodation to do the loops of the park and get back to sleep the night and do it back and forth.
Cons: The price is very high, but it is probably the same with other hotels

Okay 5.0
Pros: Location was good. It was clean.
Cons: Overpriced for what we got. Room was very small especially the bathroom. Air conditioner was too noisy to sleep.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: They’ve done a great job with updates!
Cons: The property was great, but almost $300? C’mon folks
Okay 4.0
Pros: Close to Yellowstone
Cons: Small room
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cute little motel. Rooms are very clean but pretty small if you are traveling with a couple of suitcases.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Leaving!
Cons: Could not get directions from front desk! Toilet stall less than 2 feet wide. No dresser, room lacked space. The parking was very limited and required backing out onto main highway!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Perfect location, and very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed in a king room and the bed was huge!
Cons: These are the most minor things, but the mini fridge in the room is a bit loud (but having white noise at night was nice), and the shower is pretty small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved this cute little oasis close to downtown. Decor was lovely and the bed was divine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: exceptional room, very clean, nice decor, close to Yellowstone
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is a very small and old motel that has been completely re-done. It’s cute inside and out and a lot of attention has been paid to detail. Extremely clean. Good bed, nice quality bedding. Good quality and plenty of towels. Coffee shop right next door. Only downside is the room was very small. Not a problem for us. Great place to overnight.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, affordable price, nice decorations!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Decor was terrific, spotless, high end bedding, great mattress, walking distance from center of town....I was so impressed by this re-vamped 90 year old motel
Cons: WiFi connection was not so good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is absolutely amazing. The person who checked us  in was very professional.  This hotel spared no expense in renovating these beautiful rooms. The bed was very comfy. The decor made this place feel very special.
Cons: The only thing that would be an improvement would be having a microwave in the room (I think it was in a separate building that was close by but it wasn't that big of a deal for our short stay).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was so clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, it's also a few minutes from the park entrance.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff wasn’t very friendly I know they book up but not need to be short with people. Hotel clean cute in a good location
Cons: Not microwave to heat up food. Staff was not really friendly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff is very friendly. location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So quaint, clean and great location!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Evergreen is a hidden gem! What a cozy little motel - updated and spotless, with exceptional staff. We only stayed one night and loved it so much we tried to book another night, but it was already sold out.
Cons: The TV reception wasn’t great, but there was so much to see and do within walking distance that it really doesn’t matter. The shower is very small but it gets the job done.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, good value, rooms are nice and customer service was good. I don't normally stay at motels but in this case, I think it was nicer than most hotels!
Cons: The flower pots hanging from the room in the parking lot are stupid low, I hit my head on one like...3 times.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The decor and the cozy feeling in the room. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Wood have been nice to have a microwave.
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice Decor and good coffee in the lobby
Cons: No WIFI is unacceptable!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is perfect. Super close to the park entrance and all the restaurants. It was small, but cute and comfortable.
Cons: The bathrooms could be bigger in size.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean and well maintained, and it was a quiet location within blocks of all the restaurants and stores.
Cons: The mattress in our room had some low spots on both sides and the cleaning/disinfectant product used in the room left a bit too much fragrance behind.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Small space , pricey and don’t offer any breakfast.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great place to stay, was quiet and bed was comfy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The stay was perfect for our trip to Yellowstone. The room is nothing special but it did have a fridge which was a nice bonus. They have an area with an ice machine and water bottle fill up which makes heading into the park easy. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Would stay here again if we are in the area
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Everything was quite clean.
Cons: Room was very small. No microwave. Staff did not mask.
Good 6.0
Cons: Cleanliness
Good 6.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: No separation from the sinks and the sleeping areas: No privacy while grooming. The Wi-fi was hard to secure; kept going back to an open, risky connection. Pricey: high taxes and service fees. Advertised breakfast included, but only provided coffee.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is an absolutely charming inn!!! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The compact rooms had everything we needed. An added feature is a full-service coffee bar in the woodlands-themed lobby. Delightful stay!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Rooms recently remodeled, outside looks like cool old motel at a national park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great hotel best in west yellowstone
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I personally thought it was a bit over priced, but that's West Yellowstone for you!
Poor 1.0
Pros: The lobby deco
Cons: Everything else.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Not worth the price
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was perfect for our needs!
Poor 1.0
Cons: No microwave at all. It is different from the advertisement. And staff doesn't offer help. They have microwave in their apartment but the manager won't let them help us.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to say. Clean rooms friendly staff , my only dislike rooms are too small beds are comfortable
Cons: Rooms too small
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: The showers were so small I could barely bend down and the oversized shower heads were not adjustable enough to rinse my legs
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location of this hotel in West Yellowstone and its proximity to Yellowstone park was excellent.
Cons: It was the smallest hotel rooms I have ever had and it was one of the highest prices I have ever paid for a hotel room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is under starred. That price for a one star had me worried but I was so pleasantly surprised. It was newly remodeled, clean, many personal touches. Adorable. Great staff!
Cons: Nope. Nothing.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location to Yellowstone is perfect.
Cons: Small shower but we knew going in so no disappointment there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice hotel, wonderful staff, but small rooms for the price.
Cons: Expensive
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was very close to Yellowstone west entrance and close to many restaurants.
Cons: We knew that kitchen is not there , but we were not told that we are not supposed do any sort of cooking when we called the hotel before booking. Any kind of cooking is prohibited and there is a fine of 250$ if we cook. Microwave oven is also not there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Bathroom was small, but not uncomfortably so. AC worked well and maintained a consistent room temperature. Internet connected quickly, and was reasonably fast. Big selection of TV channels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value. Convenient location, easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. If you recognize that this is an older, classic style (with real room keys) travel-motel, and have reasonable expectations, you will love this place!
Cons: Tight parking.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Both the interior and exterior of the hotel were updated and clean. The staff was friendly and made staying extra special with complimentary s’mores and an ice cream social each night. There were also free bike rentals for exploring town. The park was only a few blocks away from the hotel, so traffic really wasn’t bad at all.
Cons: Breakfast was a little scant. It may have been due to COVID more than anything else, but the only hot item offered for breakfast was packaged oatmeal. Otherwise there was just cereal, bananas, and granola bars.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent location to Yellowstone. Great attention to details with the ice cream social and s’more kits. Lots of activities for kids. The room was a little small but very clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Our room was next to the breakfast area so it was a little loud early in the morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ice cream social, game room, smores, pool until late, bath & body works shampoo and conditioner.
Cons: Breakfast could use some upgrade
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was great and location was great. Also had Smores and ice cream in afternoon. Good location just blocks from park entrance on the west side
Cons: No overhang in front or back entrance to get your luggage out during rain or snow.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Proximity to West Entrance was great. Loved the smores kits and ice cream social they had available to guests. Great pool, too. Our kids loved it!
Cons: I have no complaints about our stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This hotel is in a good location close to the Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. You can easily walk to restaurants.
Cons: The breakfast provided was disappointing - no hot food, only 2 kinds of cereal to pick from, no toast, bagels etc. they should provide hot food for what I paid for the room.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The breakfast was the worst. The only thing that you can eat was bananas and yogurt. Shampoo, body lotion, was with strong terrible smell. We did not have the internet on second and next day.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Was not open and I was charged anyway, said I would get refund and only received 1/2 the amount.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hot tub, pool, and beds.
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing
Cons: when we arrived he gave us kes to roon 220. we went up, I inserted key in the door and it opened, there was a man and woman standing inside. we were all shocked. we went back to the lobby.we told the fellow there was someone already in 220.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The house keepers where great a wealth of information
Cons: You could hear everything from the hallway - and need another toaster in breakfast room one for 100 people is not practical
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Breakfast/internet
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was perfect, we were able to walk to places in Weat Yellowstone for dinner and shopping. And it's really close to the Grizzly and Wolf center! We arrived early and they were very accommodating in letting us check in. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Cons: For the amount spent for each night it would've been nice to have more selections for breakfast. We knew beforehand that it was a limited selection so we were prepared with other snacks we brought. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
Okay 5.7
Pros: The hotel had air conditioning.
Cons: It look at least five attempts to open the room with the card key.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great log cabin, warm and comfy.
Cons: I like that it is warm, beds are comfortable .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My mom loved staying in the little cabin. It was just the right size, very comfortable beds, and a big shower! Situated in a great spot in town, so easy to get to and from the park!
Cons: No grab bar in the shower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The cabins were very comfortable and a fun way to be close to Yellowstone National Park!
Cons: A bit inconvenient to not be near the main office, ice machine, etc.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Water temperature was so unpredictable for shower.
Good 7.0
Pros: We visited during COVID-19 pandemic. So having our cabin was a plus. We preferred not to be in hotel with shared hallway/elevator. Everything was clean and nice. Our cabin did not have common walls and was away from the street. We had no issue with any noise. In fact it was very cozy and silent. It had two rooms with queen beds. Both had heater and AC, TV. And a mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and a sink. No cooking though.
Cons: Matress was on the stiff side. Worse than the typical overnight hotels close to airports. If you stayed on Marriott, Hamptons etc inn, this cabin sleep is worse than those. It was expensice for the service. I'd say 30% overpriced. We really wanted to be in a cabin (not a hotel room) for safety and health reasons during pandemic. If it wasn't for that reason I'd stay in a different inn/motel with reasonable price.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Liked the two separate bedrooms and sitting room/kitchen layout. The area was very quiet.
Cons: A little pricey but I understand that this is a desirable vacation area at the end of the summer season.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The absolute cutest cabin!! Very spacious and clean. Location is great, can walk to all the main downtown streets. Felt very safe. Highly recommending these cabins to friends who are traveling to Yellowstone in the near future.
Cons: No huge issues. The pillows aren't the best but I feel like that's par for the course for most hotels.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cute little cabin with two beds, one being in the main entrance/kitchen.
Cons: The location is a little noisy. I wish there was a couch in the main room instead of a second bed, it’s a little strange to have it in the kitchen. The bathroom needs updating.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was ok.
Cons: Fire alarm was beeping regularly at night, had to call front desk come and help. Staffs are friendly though. Considering its still outside the park, the hotel itself is overpriced, more like a motel. Not sound-proof, heard neighbor snoring all the nigh
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean, cozy.
Cons: Way too expensive and Not 3 star as rated. Street Traffic right next to the cabin kept us awake all night. Too small for a family.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Not worth 230.00 per night. Missing coffee pot, too cheap to put lights on sign outside cabins, and owner was very rude.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Very small unit. Spartan. Bathroom was walk in-back out.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was great ! Atmosphere was very good Staff was extremely helpful
Okay 5.0
Pros: I was impressed with the extras like ice cream and s'mores. The room was clean at check in and the beds were comfy. Two sinks was a nice touch. The pool area was nice.
Cons: The pool area was too small for the size of the facility, it was perpetually overcrowded. Our TV never worked right, even after several discussions with the front desk. No one told us that housekeeping services were by request only, so our garbages were overflowing and all of our towels were used.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Overall this hotel is great! The breakfast is a simple continental breakfast but it is filling nonetheless. Something special that this hotel offers is smores every night from 6-11 pm. They have a gas fire pit and individual smore kits! It was such a fun way to end a busy day of exploring Yellowstone.
Cons: The only downside about this hotel was the staff. Although accommodating when asked, many of the front desk staff when asked for an extra towel or a simple question, they had quite a bit of attitude. This was somewhat discouraging and did play a part into my rating it from excellent to good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was a great hotel. Spacious room, comfy bed, and excellent amenities. We wish our trip had been longer! We would absolutely stay there again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Travel with my husband and 2 kids ages 15 and 11. Free Smores and Ice Cream every night. Complimentary Grab and Go breakfast. Free Stuffed Wolf.
Cons: Housekeeping was lacking. Its only by request however when I did request it, No one ever came.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Atmosphere & location & friendly staff
Cons: That the gray wolf you put on the bed is not included. Dont put it in the room if it's not complimentary. Also, pool/hot tub room is super noisy, should install something to absorb some od that loud noise so people can hear each other speak. ;)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Grey wolf was very comfortable and clean. They had a nice cold free breakfast in the morning. They had free bikes to use as well as free ice cream from 4-6 and free s’more kits that could be used at the fire pit. They also had free laundry for guests, although you have to purchase your own detergent. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: They left a stuffed/plush wolf in our room, which I thought was a gift, but I asked just in case before taking it and, in fact, had I kept it, they would have charged the room for it. It felt a little sneaky.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beds were comfy, room was roomy!
Cons: Staff could have been a little more friendly but I think that's just a West thing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very close to West Entrance of Yellowstone & they gave us s¿mores.
Cons: N/a

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice hotel overall, quiet location yet close enough to everything. Staff was great.
Cons: Toilet seat would not stay up. Water faucets spray everywhere. Fitness center was completely closed instead of being cleaned for use despite the pool being open.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, we were really close to everything and their was a laundry facility with washers & dryers to use for no charge. This was such a wonderful help, allowing us to do our laundry for our extended vacation, and it was free to use. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
Cons: I didn’t have any complaints and don’t feel anything needs to be changed.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was fantastic.
Cons: Called down for toilet paper and they never brought any up. Eventually had to walk down to the desk to get some. I wasn’t the only one asking for it.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: No free breakfast
Excellent 9.7
Pros: This is our 3rd time staying at the Gray Wolf Inn and we love it. It's in the perfect location in West Yellowstone - close to the park entrance, an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and right across the street from the Grizzley and Wolf Discovery Center. The rooms are all very nice size, very clean and nicely decorated. The efficiency rooms are very large and offer a good sized kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc. The beds are very comfortable with large pillows and new comforters. They also have extra large sized TV's with a good selection of channels for relaxing after a long day of being in the park!
Cons: My only complaint is that I wish the hours for breakfast were a little longer or that they would provide room service for breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, breakfast selection, whole accommodation
Cons: nothing
Good 6.0
Pros: plenty of parking convenient for west entrance of Yellowstone park
Cons: Limited Breakfast items Dated Decor and furniture Slow WiFi speed Summer rate too high for the quality
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean, large room
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Really clean, large room, really friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Really not much not to like

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: location in west yellowstone. Breakfast was OK
Cons: The heating system was very noisy, it was like sleeping next to a dishwasher. The carpet was sticky. When we arrived with our masks, the staff told us that masks were not required indoor. Did not feel safe. Pool is smaller than it looks in the picture
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The property was neat and clean. It reminds you of a Fairfield Inn or a Hampton Inn. Nothing boutique about it or charming just a functional businesslike hotel. That’s not bad just know what you’re getting..
Cons: I think it was a bit pricey for a Fairfield Inn type of establishment. This may be due to location but I think that it was OK just not great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location. Very clean.
Cons: Bed was way to soft. Our cooler in the room didn’t work. Had to sleep with the window open
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was basic but was hot, fresh, and ready each morning. It was enough to keep us going until lunch.
Cons: Hotel could use some updating .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The small pool inside and the location of the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This was the perfect location to explore Yellowstone. There are multiple places you can walk to for food and shopping which was a huge plus. The place is a bit outdated, but very comfortable for what you need.
Excellent 8.0

Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great! So close to entrance of Yellowstone. Staff was friendly. Beds were decently comfortable.
Cons: We walked into our room for the first time and oops, there were other guests in there eating pizza. Thank goodness they weren’t doing something else!! Yikes!!Somehow, room numbers got jumbled up. Problem was fixed and we got a different room ins
Good 6.0
Pros: It was close to the Yellowstone entrance. The staff was kind and accommodating.
Cons: They would only make up your room if you asked the night before and I did that and they didn't clean my room. The rest of the hotel was very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The Location to entrance of Yellowstone is the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: Price was too high for what was received. Breakfast food was some of the worst that I have ever had at a hotel. Staff was horrible, rude, loud, not helpful. Housekeeping blocking the halls at 7 am. Manager did not care about anything I said to him.
Good 6.0
Pros: Small room, carpet was dirty, breakfast room too small and not too much to eat.
Cons: Need update
Good 6.8
Pros: The bed was comfy and soft and the rim was clean.
Cons: The breakfast was very mediocre for the price of the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff were very helpful even when the cattle bus arrived with 60 people standing in the lobby and we could not even get in to go to our room!
Cons: The TV is much too limited with no direct TV or good channels and no guide for the channel list!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: it was perfect place to stay comfortable we were treated as if we were part of the family food was great, room clean and comfortable, location could not be better.
Cons: i can't think of any thing it was all good even parking was not a problem so once again thank you for making my stay so pleasant.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing about our stay at this dump was good. Should have slept in our car. $299.00 for this was highway robbery. To top it off our puppy found a dead mouse under the bed the morning WW checked out. Do Not stay in this place
Cons: Only thing I did like was the location
Good 7.0
Pros: Water pressure was great. Location is out of traffic Breakfast starts at 630 & 2 locations of fresh coffee so you can get to the park early. Beds are more comfortable than I had expected which was nice suprise.
Cons: Card readers didn’t work so you could only use main door most of the time.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location in West Yellowstone. Room was clean and maintained. Full continental breakfast was served.
Cons: A bit pricey for the class of accommodations.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had booked Double queen with sofa bed - it was big and spacious for 4 people. Perfect for a 5-day stay.. Loved their hot breakfast, my son was obsessed with the self-making pancake machine. Some were wearing masks and some weren't, but they so have some tables marked closedto maintain spacing. Hot coffee 24/7, which was a huge plus.. Nice and clean swimming pool area.. away from the center of the town so nice and quite but close enough to drive for food and other stores.. overall a wonderful experience. If we come back to Yellowstone, I'd definitely stay here again.
Cons: Shower made a high-pitch sound when it was on.. It's a bit pricey but I think that's just how it is in this area..
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We loved the location of the hotel to Yellowstone. It was also very close to the stores and restaurants at the heart of the town. The place was very clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was delicious as well.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool setup was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Multiple ice machines broken.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly staff. Comfy room. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Good location.
Cons: The only concern was there was an electrical outage in the whole town of West Yellowstone the first night we were there. While it wasn't the hotel's fault, they probably should have a game plan in place for such an event. There was no backup generator.
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.6
Good 7.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable, ample space for my husband and me, enjoyed the table in the room for a take out dinner during COVID.
Cons: The microwave in the breakfast area was broken, so no way to heat burrito unless we went back to our 3rd floor room to reheat, but we had already checked out.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Unfortunately, the only positive comment I have is it was close to Yellowstone West Gate.
Cons: - Fire alarm at 5:00 am - Hard bed - Free breakfast was bland - canned fruit, horrible coffee - Rug was dirty - Crowded with tour bus people - Thin walls - can hear other guests - Ice machine broken
Okay 4.0

Pros: location
Cons: Way over priced
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: Bathroom smell
Good 6.2
Pros: location, easy access
Cons: for $300+ a night, it is definitely over priced for Comfort Inn. That's more expensive than staying at Hilton (5*) in NYC!!! Breakfast was only until 9am, not exceptions. For $300+, should have a full breakfast until at least 11am.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Sweet staff. My husband left his Computer battery, called them and it was all ready to be picked up. Thanks so much
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great little hotel in the heart of West Yellowstone. Close to everything and the West Gate. The staff is absolutely wonderful and hard working.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Way to expensive for what it is, not worth the money
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Family run inn. Friendly down to earth staff. Incredible value. Off the beaten path.
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was in a great location to local shops and eating places.
Cons: The rooms are small to have two larger bed in them. The pillows are awful.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was OK , one block from main street
Cons: No in house breakfast at this time due to pandemic, maybe next time.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: New facility, I stayed on their 5th day open.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: There was no breakfast offered due to COVID-19
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very close to the West entrance of Yellowstone. Spacious, clean room. Bed very comfy. Large bathroom. Maria, welcomed me at the front desk, she was very kind.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location, clean
Cons: It was first day of season, so staff was still working out the kinks. Computer was down, ice machine was down and tv had a glitch but staff working hard on their reopening day
Good 6.2
Pros: The location is walkable.
Cons: You are paying a lot of money for a poorly decorated room with amenities that are very cheap. The staff speak better Chinese than English and are lackadaisically perfunctory.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Memory foam was nice.
Cons: Beds were ok but it would have been better if there was room to get to both sides of them instead of being against a wall on one side. Good breakfast options.

Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Old
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Was very clean, the customer service was very good and the breakfasts
Okay 4.0
Cons: Bad service,. Not clean near vending machines. We had requested for microwave in room, but they were rude and least bothered to arrange one.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything was great
Good 7.5
Pros: Good breakfast.
Okay 4.0
Pros: On the positive side, the staff was super helpful and they offer a great breakfast. All in all the property has what you need.
Cons: Our particular room was a disaster. The hot water and tv didn’t work the first night. Once those were fixed the room then had a terrible smell on day 2. I think other rooms were fine but ours was just a lemon. Thankfully, there was an open room that first night and the staff let us use the shower in it rather than suffer through without hot water. Had we been in a different room I think our experience would rate much higher.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean and location suited our needs.
Cons: The hot water was very poor. Cold showers every day.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing just location
Cons: Unorganized staff, dirty rooms, no shampoos (they said because of covid yet they had unsanitary no day wash and soap holders in the shower) I would have preferred small shampoos instead of that.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: No swimming pool or jacuzzi.
Cons: They did not have a microwave or refrigerator.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was absolutely wonderful. The price was just what I was looking for, the room was what I needed.
Cons: I found myself wishing there was a microwave in the room. There was also not anyone at the front desk until check in started.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Pick another one! Pictures are misleading
Cons: Bed and shower were broken. Bed was So Hard! Worst shower experience ever! Didn’t drain, smelled musty, fixture was falling out of the wall, soap dispenser is right at your elbow! Why? There’s so many places to put it! They said there
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was awesome. Especially the breakfast staff. For what our family was expects from a hotel this one suited our needs. Rooms were very clean. Staff was great. Recommend this hotel for sure
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and breakfast
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was well done. Staff where very accommodating.
Cons: The room rate was expensive for the quality of the hotel. However , I realize West Yellowstone has a monopoly on hotel rooms for Yellowstone National Park visitors as hotels prices are far less priced than staying in the park lodges.
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast ever! Great job.
Cons: The picture on line is a bit misleading. The bedroom is very nice but the rest is very basic. Could have stayed at a BW and been a lot less. Over priced for what you get.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: The location was right outside Yellowstone which was our destination...that was the ONLY plus about this place.
Cons: It's completely dated, the room was dirty... my kids and I were walking around barefoot in our room and when we went to get into the rock solid beds out feet were black! There was some orange rusty substance coming out of the shower head that left the what was white tub ORANGE after my shower. There were dead bugs smashed into walls through the room. The room smelled terrible of mothballs. We paid over $300 for this one room for one night and both my husband and I said we should be just slept in our vehicle. We are campers and travelers so we know how to rough it if necessary but This was the worst stay we have ever had! I do not recommend this place at all!
Good 6.0
Pros: The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
Cons: There is no elevator and the a/c did not work. Also, I couldn't get the internet to work in my room but if I went to the common area it would work. This was the first hotel I have stayed at where they ask you your room number when you go to get breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Poor 1.0
Pros: Close to Yellowstone National Park
Cons: Very poor customer service, rude, AC & bath vent were both not working. When asked they did not provide a new room for us. We checked out a day early due to the poor service & bad room. Would not recommend for friends & families.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, you have very good employees.
Cons: The chairs in there are stained and dirty and uncomfortable. Showerheads need replacing, shoots water everywhere. Side door is badly deteriorated and broken.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very close to the Yellowstone national park west entrance
Cons: Beds.. they are not that comfy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great for walking throughout the town.
Cons: Parking was a little tight.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The one room was remodeled and amazing the other was not and very bad shape but it served our purpose.
Cons: The unremodled room was clean but in really bad shape especially the shower.
Good 7.0
Pros: The price!
Cons: Limited parking, and adding a mirror by the desk would certainly speed up getting ready time. As the bathroom is so tiny that it barely holds one person.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to Yellowstone National Park
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Very easy drive. To the national park gate
Cons: Door did not shut completely, deadbolt wouldn’t lock.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! Great service and the rooms are spacious and very clean.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location was ok.
Cons: The bed in the room was very hard. I could hear every movement in the room above us, also we could hear the traffic . The room was ok. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Plenty of room for our family which consists of 7 people.
Cons: Heating unit had a noticeably bad smell at first, but this cleared up after an hour or two.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was conveniently located. We had a new room that was spacious perfect for us. Coffee maker, frig and microwave worked well. There were some new house problems with a light that didn’t work but not a big deal. We only met the staff at c
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: NOTHING!!! The office person did not look happy that I was interrupted her smoke break and that it was a hardship checking me in. The fridge was completely frosted over (half of left side top and bottom) and did not work plus there was a red liquid gel on the bottom of fridge and room felt like a dungeon and had a musty odor. No phone, the remote had dead batteries and I had to go to office to get batteries. Office did not have batteries and so I went back to room to wait for batteries and to see if fridge had started working. It had not. I went back to asked to check out and a full refund because fridge was dirty and it did not work. I needed a working fridge to keep my insulin and ozempic cool so it would not loose it's potency. They tried to give back half a refund but I kept insisting that it was a medical necessity and the fact that the fridge was not clean or working, presented a serious medical issue for me and I no choice but to check out. They tried to make me feel like I was a pest and unreasonable. I insisted that it was not my fault and that I did not trust how well they cleaned room if they had not defrosted fridge. They made me feel like I was lying so I showed them my medication and picture of fridge. She did not want to look. She said manager was on the way. I waited about 20 minutes and then the manager called back and asked for details. The batteries for remote finally showed up at which time the office person started telling manage in front of me the situation. She insinuated by her attitude, words, and tone of voice, that they had gone to a lot trouble to please me but I was not pleasable. The manager finally authorized a full refund. So I checked out 40 minutes after checking in.
Cons: Attitude, clean fresh smelling room. Room needs a total renovation. It need a few repairs, you could see that repairs were DIY.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was perfect for me.
Cons: Layout of the room was weird
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfiness, close to Yellowstone Park.
Excellent 8.0
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Not enough parking and no refrigerator
Good 7.0
Pros: The rooms were of a good size and that was the reason I booked the hotel a second night when we found out we would be staying in West Yellowstone again. The location was terrific. Grocery stores, shopping, and Yellowstone were all nearby.
Cons: The ice machine didn’t work. Additionally, the second night, I expected a micro fridge like was in the room I had the first night. However, the second night’s room had no micro fridge.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This hotel was closed...so what gives???
Cons: It was not open. I want a refund
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was great, awesome customer service.
Cons: Seemed like it can use a little bit of renovating.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The Location
Cons: This hotel was a complete shock! Had I not trusted your star rating of 3stars I would never have booked this room. The paint was chipping and peeling. The dead bolt did not work. The shower would not maintain temperature, WiFi did not work. ETC! ETC!
