Pros (+) The staff were great. They didn't have the king bed we had reserved the night we got there, but were able to switch us to one the next day--needless to say the first night of our stay was rough and we couldn't sleep well because they gave away the bed we ordered, but the staff were very helpful.
Cons (-) It was clean, for the most part, but we did have a rat in the walls and ceiling of our room that kept scurrying around at night and woke us up a few times.
