Pros (+) Nice location walking distance to Town Square. Nice breakfast served daily. Lobby always had flavored waters coffee tea etc available. Shuttle service to and from airport was a nice bonus. Very friendly helpful staff.
Cons (-) Stayed in older part of motel instead of newer multi level hotel.

Pros (+) The lobby area is really nice, and has a great western feel. The overall check in process was quick and easy. The rooms a really nice, very comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms and have a very boutique feel. They even have heated tiles in the bathroom, which was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The overall location is also really nice, just blocks from downtown J...
Cons (-) My only complaint, outside of the check in process, they front desk person seemed a bit confused and disorganized. She didn't seem to know what was happening with the shuttle, and had a hard time figuring out how to get us bus passes, which was part of the stay. I think it was just this one individual vs a system wide training problem.
