It was very well kept and clean. Workers were friendly and the room was a good size. It was on the edge of town, close to the entrance to Grand Teton.
The location of the Lexington was perfect for a short walk to the Town Center and all the shops and restaurants.
What I didn’t like was one of the two rooms I reserved for the night was a big disappointment. Room #2109 was used by my two grandchildren and their mother. The people in the upstairs room were very noisy all night long. I understand this is not the hotels doing. BUT what was the hotels responsibility and they would not accept it was that when the bathroom tub had water leaking heavily from the light in the ceiling of the shower. Someone could have been seriously hurt due to water running out of a light in a shower. We later found out that the rude and noisy people in the room above ours had overflowed the tub. I did call the front desk as soon as this happened and within about 10 minutes someone came and checked it out. When this person came the water was just a light trickle. When the water first came out of the light it was quite a lot. What if one of my family members would have been in the shower when this happened. Could they possibly been shocked or worse...electrocuted. I did ask the front desk attendant how they would compensate us for this disaster but his answer was “We don’t have control over what happens here”. He did tell me he would talk to the higher up and get back to me. I thank him for doing that and calling me back within an hour. I was told the only way they would compensate me was by giving us a $50 credit but said it could take several days to show up on my credit card. This credit has yet to show up but I feel the entire amount of the room for the night should be compensated to me.
Great location! Within walking distance to the downtown area. Bike path is close and you can ride for miles into The Teton National Park.
Everything was great!
They seem to be doing a good job with regards to Covid-19 safety procedures.
Very minor, but the quality of the toilet paper was subpar (perhaps due to a supply issue?).
Breakfast was good.
