Great rooms, comfortable beds, great linens and plenty of towels. Great breakfast. The only thing that needs improvement is the hottub. While the water temp is great, the tile and pool deck are in pretty bad shape (the floor is crumbling and tile is chipping). Such a nice hotel to have a facility that is in disrepair. Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and super helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Amenities were great.
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable. When I laid down, I could feel the springs of the mattress.

Pros (+) I thought the lodge was fine, but not luxurious for the price range. The staff were nice and polite. We stayed there during the power outage in July, The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful to the guests that night.
Cons (-) The breakfast was good, but would have been better to include more variety in the daily menu. I didn't think the pool was that great - it was not aesthetically appealing. For the price they charge per night, they could spruce up the pool area to be more comfortable and luxurious. It's probably fine for kids but didn't look like something most adults would want to go into.

Cons (-) The location wasn't bad but required a short drive to get to town or skiing.
