Pros: Amazing and knowledgeable staff! We got a chance to meet the owner, whom gave us wonderful advice on local restaurants and finding wildlife, specifically a grizzly and her two cubs affectionately known as 399. Rooms were spotless, large and nicely decorated. The property is 50 yards from the center of town, 10 from the airport and 5 min from the Elk Refuge. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying!

In less than an hour they had booked it for us. No problem whatsoever! Not sure about the price, but from my best recollection it was within $10 of what I paid for the same float in 1987! An even better deal when you consider it was all handled for me.

Cons: The room was smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. The Lexington is mostly a Motel which I didn't realize until we got our room. Maybe it is my fault for not looking more into this, but I thought I was booking a room in a Hotel. It wasn't a huge deal, but we did have to walk is freezing temps to get to the breakfast.

The hotel would not allow us to cancel, and we could not stay because we could not get there. The hotel could have been understanding instead of just taking a hard line. There are many hotels in Jackson Hole. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

We liked the little connected store where we got our complimentary breakfast beverages, breakfast and snacks to take with us. The man checking us out was so friendly and was full of good information. This inn is not a luxury hotel, but rather a super clean, comfortable and cozy place with superb views. Perfect for a visit to Yellowstone!

Pros: Loved this location - we came in the fall and loved that it was just outside of town so away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get there when needed, and very close to the Park! The room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here. Also having a small convenience store was a real plus! The first night we heard coyotes howling across the street - awesome!

Cons: The advertised having laundry facilities but when we asked, we were told that the washing machine was broken. Since we were on a two week trip, we had planned on doing laundry there. Instead we had to go into town and pay about $10 to do our wash. Not that it was a fortune, but I think they could have offered to cover the costs for us.

Cons: The blanket that was on the bed is quite old and doesn't look to nice. I found the toilet a little dirty but the next day they clean it. They use only one sheet for the bed and on top the white blanket and then another blanket which I don't like it. The price is a little bit high for what they offer.

Cons: I booked a room with a sitting room but got a room with two bedrooms. The manager said because I booked through a third party they were not obligated to give me the room that I booked and paid for. I always booked rooms with sitting areas, I don’t like to only have the bed to sit on. This room didn’t even have one chair. After I complained I was moved to another room which was slightly better quality of bedding, carpet, tv, but still no chairs or the sofa that I had reserved. Location is beautiful but because the units are privately owned the quality varies greatly from room to room. All things considered I would not stay here again. As the third party booking agency you might want to find out why the management doesn’t think they have to honor the reservations if they are made through your company.

Cons: The receptionists were not very friendly. We were basically the only customers staying in the ranch when we did. We first got a room that had a view of another building not the mountains we wanted. We went to the front desk and they told us since we went through booking.com it would be harder to give us a better room. But this was our honeymoon and I was not taking no for an answer. We eventually got another room, with a much better view. The studio had a hiddabed as the main sleeping quarters. It was horribly uncomfortable. The drive up the mountain was awful as well very long twist and turning drive. We wanted to stay another night and they had us change rooms because of construction that needed to be done but we were still charged a full fee even after having to switch rooms. We will not be staying there again.

Cons: Quite a maze through the older property. (Our room was easy enough to access, but it wasn’t a busy night or season) Door into room was crowded, barely clearing the bathroom counter. Would be more difficult if traveling with ski gear or larger luggage. Pull out couch that was not comfortable enough for adult to sleep on. Things were oddly stored in the hall and dumped outside on the grass that didn’t belong. If remodeling the rooms, they were still definitely out of place when I took a walk around the property.

Cons: Our reservation was for 2 condos. We made the reservations 5 months in advance .When we got there they did not have 2 condos for us. They asked us if we would stay in one 2 bedroom condo. We did because we had no choice but then we didn’t have our privacy. They said they would make a big adjustment. Which they did when we checked out but after we left they sent they the charge for 2 condos instead. After talking with accounting he said he would adjust. Waiting on that. Did not like the bait and switch feel!!

Cons: The resort is an older facility, the bathrooms need cleaned up. Our bathroom was very dirty, the white tiles and grout had black mold on them, the bathtub was very dirty and the fixtures are very old.

Cons: Our room was never vacuumed either when we arrived or any of the 5 days we were there. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The facility seems run down. We had very noisy neighbors, so the front desk moved us...right next to the elevator. So we still had to deal with a lot of noise until late at night and early in the morning.

Cons: Old, Outdated, Bathroom was dirty and the size of a RV. Mold on tub closet was a joke. Rooms were non refundable. Don’t waste your money. I could not see where they were handicap accessible.

The bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to shut or open the door. The linens were clean but over washed; pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
