I had rented a minivan 2 weeks before my vacation. When I arrived to pick up my rental vehicle they did not have the minivan I rented. Instead they tried to give me a small suv that did not have enough room for my family. They did compromise and rented me a 16 passenger van. For the same price. The thing was a beast. It was very uncomfortable but I didn’t want to deal with getting another vehicle and just sucked it up. Also the office seemed very unorganized and not costumer friendly. The car was not completely clean, inside and out. But, the worst part, was that they rewarded me for spending more money - extending my rental - by almost doubling my daily rate.
