Cons: When we picked up the car we did a walk around but missed the broken taillight. We asked if someone needed to check off we did that and they said no.
When we got in the car and was several several miles
down the road we turned on the air conditioner and it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke.
The day before we turned in the car my husband was filling up the car and noticed that one of the tires had
cord showing. We returned the car and they took a little bit off the balance but they never said sorry or even addressed the fact what happened.
Pros: There was nothing to like. I arrived at the location only to be told there were no cars available. They informed me third party vendors do not have an accurate count of their inventory. I went to a second location and again no cars were available.
Cons: Call the actual company a few days before your rental day. We ended up driving our own vehicle putting all those miles on our car because the event was important and we could not miss it. Hertz did not care about us or what we were missing because they did not provide a car for us. Actually the manager told me that making a reservation for a car does not mean we will get a car. I have been renting cars for years and this is the first time I have had such a terrible experience.
Pros: I called to see if I could pick up my SUV rental early and the staff said nothing would be available for early pick up and that I would not have a rental at all. I called national customer service who assured me I would have an SUV that met my needs. When I arrived, they said nothing was available and seemed clueless on whether I could get an SUV at the airport. I had to go to the lot myself and find a KIA Sorrento that had just been returned to get my rental in advance of my trip. Energy level of staff low.
Cons: Problem solving skills. I wondered if I could go to the airport and get a rental if they didn't have one and they seemed clueless on that. Fortunately a return came in and saved the day. I don't know if I will rent from this location again. It is convenient to where I live and I got a great value but this was not a good experience.
Cons: Not only was a charge for the insurance on the car but I never got a vehicle in the first place. Kayak information is not up to date on this location as not only did they have no cars available on site after I book but they do not allow same day pick up. I am completely disappointed in my experience overall and will not be using either service in the future.
Pros: The price of Hertz compared to the other rentals was cheaper.
Cons: Picking up the car was awful. Even though I reserved and prepaid weeks in advance, and after lying to me saying it was on the way there; they didn’t have the standard size vehicle available. I had to accept a smaller size vehicle with no discount to the price. Overall would not recommend them unless you want your vacation to start off with added stress.

Cons: Location is cramped as far as the parking lot. Difficult to get in and out
Cons: Everything was fine, except the truck had clearly not been cleaned prior to pick up. A little dirty might be acceptable, but it was just gross and smelly.

Pros: It was my first time renting a car and the staff were super informative and helpful.
Cons: Tire pressures should have been checked. Two rear tires were low and front tires were significantly over-inflated.
