The service was horrible, the lady who attended me, was so rude, I felt she was racist and she didn't treat me polite, she was screaming to me all the time, and told me something like "why I rent a car if I don't speak English". This was the worse experience service in my life.Reviewed 11 Jun 2022

There was a mix up with the pickup location to start. We came into the airport but the rental location was in town. They charged us an extra 180 to move the pickup location. Then on the tail end, our flight was delayed 3 hours. Called to see if we could drop off late so we wouldn't be stuck at the airport that whole time and they tried to change us for an extra day. I guess I expect all rental car companies to nickel and dime their customers so it was expected. But still pretty bad business practices and I wouldn't rent a car if I didn't have to.Reviewed 20 Apr 2022

Hertz online booking needs some work. We booked a one-way, once we arrived they said the could not provide a car. They seem to be the only rental car provider that wasn’t able to block one-way booking on their website or through other booking options, i.e. kayak, Priceline. Their customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. Hours wasted driving to and from their location. I will not be using Hertz in the futureReviewed 14 Oct 2021

Literally ANY rental company over this hertz location. Jessica was trying to help me get into the standard SUV(equinox or equal size) I ordered but her boss (who claimed to own hertz) told her that the compact SUV was all they had for me “you either take this or leave”. In no way was she helpful, never offered an upgrade or a discount for the smaller vehicle, her customer service was AWFUL. I was on vacation with my 2 year old twins (car seats, baggage, pack and plays, all the things it takes to travel with children and she wanted to tell me take this small compact car when I absolutely ordered something bigger, had the nerve to tell me take it or go and still wanted to charge me for the bigger vehicle. She was an absolute troll and after leaving to go get a better vehicle at budget for less money I looked up that location and it was nothing but bad reviews. Car was great. Drop-off was great. Picking up the car took forever. There was one person operating the desk and a line that took just under an hour to get through when I personally was up there for less than 5 minutes. If people are making changes, they need to move to the back of the bus or there needs to be another line for people that have there stuff together.Reviewed 2 Aug 2021
