Booked my car reservation several days ahead of my arrival.. upon my o time arrival I was told they had no cars available. The gentleman working the counter explained that after 4 hours they cancel reservations because most people reserve a car and don’t show up. Budget left me and my you son stranded in Harrisburg, PA. Worst customer service I have received from a rental company. I will never use Budget rental, and I suggest to whomever reads this, to seek alternate rental providers.10.0 Wonderful

The pickup location was unable to get information on other locations one way vehicle selection. I had a busy day and was trying to find a vehicle in a location closer to my work. Drop off location was under staffed and some what unprofessional looking. The vehicle had scratching, some plastic missing from the body, and dirt around the passage door on the interior (making me question the disinfectant sticker).Avis

Pros:
Picked up the car at 11:30 pm in MDT. You have to deal with National Car Rental since the Alamo is closed. Started driving the car and notice the gas gage was just touching the low side of full. When I brought back the car the agent immediately corrected the fuel error in my favor.9.6 Wonderful
