What could have been better? Having the truck I rented being ready at 11:00 when I was supposed to pick up. Was offered a mini-van as a replacement. Not gonna work. Specifically rented a truck because I needed a truck. Was told by the smug jerk off employee that there was supposed to be a truck returning at 2:00PM. That doesn’t much help me at 11:00AM, DOES IT?
