There was no check in on the site. After the plane was disconnected from ground electricity conditioning stopped. The temperature in the plane during the flight was about 28 degrees. Crew listened the passengers with smiles but did nothing. After boarding when ground electricity was connected everything became operate. But it was too late. Cons: My flight from Batumi to Tbilisi by "Georgian Airways" moved from the scheduled 14:20 to 13:30 without an advanced notice and the plane left me in Batumi. I had to find an alternative transportation to get back to Tbilisi with extra cost and inconvenience. No one informed me what exactly happened and why the flight was moved one hour before the scheduled time. Reimbursement for the return flight was full but the fact of leaving me in Batumi was outrageous. I am dissatisfied by the service of "Georgian Airways" and would not recommend it to anyone

Very rude people fly tenant

Pros: Very rude people fly tenant they put me between two big guys. And I couldn't breathe my heart me to go so fast so I ask to sit sit in the empty seat. And there they don't let me and scream on me and embarrassed me want to everybody I'm a big guy, I need to space and they have that many empty seats, did ask for €30 and I don't mind but the credit card machine doesn't work I tried with for credit card doesn't work. My heartbeat go up to 160 and I felt l i'm going to get my heart attacks. But they don't care they just want the money. When I ask if she wants dollars she said no. And then are the tenant she except dollars the last half an hour of the flight and let me see them all before I pay $30. That's embarrassing for this company , To let three people suffer no air condition. Please send that letter to the headquarter of the company. Appreciate this questionnaire of kayak.

Check in luggage is not 23K. 20K is.

Pros: Good schedule. On time

Cons: Luggage is 20k which needed to pay more on extra.

For a short flight it was OK

Pros: I liked the fact that the lines in the check-in desk were very short or non existing. The whole process of ticketing was fast and efficient.

Cons: There was no entertainment at all (even no music). The food could be improved and the soft drinks should be more varied.

Return to Tbilisi

Pros: It was on time. The crew was nice. It was only a 30 minute flight.

Cons: Small seating area.

Pros: Flights were very smooth, staff were very friendly.

Cons: My connecting flight from Yerevan to tbilisi was inexplicably cancelled. Georgian airways does not have an office in the Yerevan airport, nor that we could find anywhere in the city. We called multiple phone numbers for Georgian airways with no response, and in the end had to take a car to Tbilisi in order to make the flight home.

Cons: The plane was extremely hot

Cramped flight not for claustrophobic

Pros: Went on time. Plane looked safe

Cons: Air conditioning not switched on until everyone was in boaRd. reminded me of Aeroflot planes. You breath everyone else's breath in warm sweaty plane. Very cramped

Georgian airways sucks!!

Cons: Flight change - after booking, they add connection in the flight instead of direct! And also change the time by 4 hours. we missed connection flight due to delay. In tbilisi airport was chaos, huge delay again, no info, we almost missed the second flight because there were no signs, announcement or gate writen. Really bad experience! Around 12 hours trip instead of 2.5!!!!!

No AC and cramped Soviet style conditions

Pros: Got there alive and on time

Cons: They don't switch on air conditioner so it's hard to breath on this plane
