Flight via American Airlines and Gol never happened.
Boarding was ok. I slept all flight long.
everything was excellent,thanks!!!!
everything was excellent!! Thanks
The aircraft is really unconfortable. Even the premium class the seats are narrow and hard. There are no screens to watch movies, we have to use our phones. The food is ok in the premium class and really BAD in the economy class. The crew is lovely. I do not intend to travel Gol internationally if I can possibly avoid it.
Almost 5 hours delayed, no support or info from the company, we got a voucher of 45BRL for food when the local restaurant charges a 100BRL per kg, I had to pay an additional 50BRL to be able to eat and drink something. Poor service and terrible crisis management with the passengers. On top of that, got late for my next appointment in SP and practically lost a day in a hotel I paid over 1500SEK per day
Get me in first class
There is no food being served at Gol due to COVID situation. Which is understandable but still disappointed because others airlines are offering.
Smooth trip
I missed it because of the delay in the other flights. Attendants in the airport sent me from one side to the other many times due to poor information.
Too much delay in the first two flights, so I lost the connection to the final destination.
There was a delay in NYC, so to take the connection in Miami I had to run across the airport. Then the flight delayed in Miami, and the schedule in GRU - São Paulo was too tight, so I missed the flight to Porto Alegre. When coming from international flights, the connection time needs to be more spaced because of immigration bureaucracy.
Cabin was extremely hot - such a sauna, and all complaints were in vain. Boarding was messy and disorganized. Very poor experience and certainly a statement of how passengers are going to suffer in Brazil with the lack of competition in the local market.
Pros: Comfortable seats, all on schedule, and kind team
Cons: Extremely messy boarding, confusing guidance, no social distance. I suggest you board from the back of the plane, up to the front, after accommodating special needs passengers. Thank you!
Cons: I never got to fly !!! I was flying to Rio de Janeiro from USA and my flight got canceled, so I never made it to Rio therefore I wasn’t able to fly to São Paulo . I called you guys and the airline to see what you could do for me . Very bad customer service considering there’s a pandemic. I understand certain flights are non refundable but during the circumstances you could’ve gave a voucher to use later but instead you tried to charge me more money to make changes when I didn’t even know when I was able to fly. To all this I lost my money and my chance to fly later . Never again I will buy anything from Kayak . You just lost a customer!!!
Pros: It was a fluid flight
Cons: That it wasn't late
Pros: Once we boarded everything was super fast!
Cons: Delayed without much intel as to why or when we were due to finally get in the air
Cons: If I had at least boarded the flight I could have given feedback. But I didn't get in! I spent 6 hours at the airport waiting for my flight, with check in done and missed the flight. And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok.
Cons: Include the luggage into the price of the ticket, Brazilian airliners often charge luggage separately.
Cons: No masks. I didn't like it.
Pros: The crew was realy nice
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight delayed one hour and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning
Pros: Very easy process of boarding, flight and leaving the plane.
Cons: Besides water and juice, with a small pack of crackers, nothing else is offered, unless you pay for sandwiches or other drinks.
Pros: Crew was nice and organized, easy check-in.
Cons: Had the last seat, so could not recline - lady in front of me had a chair that went super far back and was practically in my lap, turbulence was crazy landing!
Pros: Good flight! On time! Sit too tight!
Cons: Flight was an hour late. Should have boarded 30 minutes earlier!
Pros: Did us a favor and made check in in the counter
Cons: Food was pretty basic....no entertainment whatsoever kids were desperate
Cons: Gol changed our direct flyght departing 14h to a connected one departing 7h rriving 17h. This company is a shame, and brazilian Agency does not forbid that (Gol could simply return our money back).
Pros: punctuality
Cons: food, entertainment
Pros: Flight was good
Cons: Waiting while we were boarding, the plane was about 35 degrees with no A/c everyone was melting
On board GOL flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the GOL assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
GOL offers direct flights to 72 cities in 8 different countries. Brasilia, Sao Paulo, and Porto Alegre are the most popular cities covered by GOL.
GOL concentrates most of its flight operations in Sao Paulo.

An exclusively Boeing fleet of aircraft is operated by GOL. A range of 737 models is flown, with seating layouts varying between 180 and 186 passengers. Simple orange and white designs decorate the fleet; however, a unique 737-800 has green and yellow features to celebrate the Brazilian football team.
