2.0 Poor
Cons:Flight not delayed and clearer gate labeling. Also didn't call my name for my flight when I was one gate away because of mislabeling aboive another gate. Missed my flight for that reason.
2.0 Poor
Cons:Delay meant I would have to take a later connecting flight. But they were all full. This meant I had to stay in Aberdeen one more night. Being pregnant and nauseated all the time the few food vouchers barely covered my needs and the stress, waiting around, and staying even longer in Europe exacerbated my condition from discomfort to illness that required hospitalization on return to the US.
8.0 Very Good
Pros:I am not interested in whether the meals were designed by a Gordon Bleu chef, or female staff were pert and servile. My main concern is for my safety during the flight. In this the crew were excellent with all safety measures including take-off briefing and also talks to the people sitting at the emergency exits. The crew were also well alert to the idiots sitting with their headphones on during the briefing and pre-landing checks.
Cons:Not much time to dislike anything on a short flight of 1 hour but it was obviously a pain for everyone to see the inconvenience to the staff to have to collect payment for the food. Give limited food away and charge more for the ticket!
8.6 Very Good
Pros:The flight was good and on time
Cons:Small place for hand language
2.0 Poor
Cons:The Flybe counter staff at the Edinburgh airport were not very helpful when we missed the flight (which was entirely our fault). They could have been more helpful in assessing our options to get to Belfast after we missed the flight. Another airline counter was much more helpful, we will check their flights first the next time.
8.0 Very Good
Pros:Small check in lines
Cons:They need to give free coffee food way too much money
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Easy on & off aircraft. Friendly staff
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:On time service
Cons:Was not aware of checked baggage charge
8.0 Very Good
Pros:Quick and efficient boarding.
Cons:Flight was late - can't blame the airline for that.
7.3 Good
Pros:Our flight attendant Sarah (?) was awesome.

Overview of Flybe

From operating hubs in both Manchester and Birmingham, Flybe has a major travel focus within the United Kingdom. In addition to a strong network in England, Scotland, and Wales, flights are available across mainland Europe. Seasonal services are scheduled to accommodate vocational travelers heading south in warmer months to countries that include Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal.

Joint ventures are held with several airlines, including Stobart Air, Eastern Airways, and Blue Islands. Through these partnerships, Flybe offers services to regional locations throughout the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Scotland. Codeshare agreements are held with a host of large global carriers, including United Airlines, Etihad Airlines, British Airways, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and Air France. Customers can utilize these partnerships to purchase multiple flights with quick connections.

Flybe uses a combination of De Havilland and Embraer aircraft. The De Havilland Dash 8 series is the most commonly flown and is capable of carrying roughly 78 passengers. The dual-propeller planes are well-suited to short-distance flights within the United Kingdom, while larger jets such as the Embraer 175 are preferred for longer journeys. It is among the largest operators of the Dash 8 aircraft in the world.

Economy is the only class available on all flights. Seats have a standard legroom of 30 in and are configured in a 2 x 2 layout. A window view or direct aisle access is guaranteed. Both a carry-on bag and a personal item, such as a laptop or briefcase, are permitted, weighing a maximum of 10 kg (approximately 22 lb).
