We made a reservation with Enterprise car rental for a van. Then called 2 weeks before the pickup date and confirmed the reservation. When we arrived on the pick up date, we were told that there were no available vehicles. There was no warning, no help. The manager even lied to us trying to cover up for not calling us. I obviously would have been dissappointed finding out that they had no vehicles, but I find it inexcusable and in very poor taste for a business to not let their customers know that there is a problem. They didn't leave us any time to find an alternative to drive to our son's wedding.Reviewed 30 Jun 2022

Liked the pickup and drop-off attendants. The van I received was not what I reserved. It didn't have the luggage room stated and I had to take an additional vehicle on our trip to make up for it. The windshield wipers were also completely worn out and unusable. The cup holder in the rear was also broken out.Reviewed 12 Mar 2022

Pros:Nice, new car. Quick service downtown.Cons:The Spokane airport location wouldn’t rent me a car and I had to Uber downtown to pick up. They gave me a car with Canadian plates and a metric speedometer, so it was difficult to judge speed. Rental was very expensive and they nickel and dime you for insurance coverage. Even the basic, minimal plan is a gouge.Reviewed 11 May 2021

Pros:When their system showed a completely different price than what I was given on Kayak (three times more), they were able to fix the issue. Although it was very inconvenient for me to wait for them to fix this, and to go to their services counter to resolve it, it did get resolved. So thanks for that.Cons:The vehicle smelled like tobacco smoke. I was not able to pick up the vehicle in Canada and drop it off in the USA, so I had to pick it up in the USA, and do a lot more driving. They told me the vehicle had a full tank, and when I got to the car it only had a quarter tank. Pricing problems too.Reviewed 12 Jul 2019
