This was my first time renting from Enterprise, so they set up a profile for me when I rented the car. Even with the profile set-up, it did not take long to get my rental vehicle. The vehicle was clean, and Enterprise included a snow brush in the vehicle, which is a necessity this time of year. Returning the vehicle was also hassle free.
