Pros:The car and pick up and drop off were fine---eventually. But the frustrations came when trying to get Enterprise on the phone to talk to a live person about a serious problem.Cons:2 months in advance, we chose the wrong pick-up date in Quebec. We couldn't correct it online or by phone and on arrival had to taxi to the office to try to fix it. Jonte Jyne was very helpful. But Enterprise's voice-mail system is the WORST!Reviewed 16 Aug 2019

Cons:The reservation was made for a pick up at a closed location. Spent a few hours on the phone with Enterprise and had to get to a new location and then wait a few hours for a car.Reviewed 13 Jul 2019

Pros:helpful staff. they spoke English which helpedCons:the reserved location did not have cars so I had to take a taxi to another location the contract was in French!! no option for English, evidently the drop off charges were exorbitant!Reviewed 24 Jun 2019

Pros:The drop off was super easy, and our check-in fella was courteous and helpful with directions.Cons:Telling us the car had a quarter tank when it had barely an 1/8 when we got underway was annoying. Shouldn't all cars be rented full and returned full? That expectation just makes it easier to be accurate on both ends. We left it with a third of a tank, alas.Reviewed 23 Jun 2019

Horrible OrganizationCons:After having had a problem picking up our car at the airport, we had to go visit the city the next day. The facility we were sent to is closed on weekends so I spent a total of three hours with various Enterprise offices in QC as well as the main office trying to figure out a way to get a car. At the end of the day we were given a replacement car however it was a long and painful process that cost over $100 in taxi and uber costs trying to get from place to place.Reviewed 25 Aug 2018
