The rental car agents did not show up, I came there to their office 15 min before and waited for 45 min and they did'nt come. I called no answer, Finaly I had to call Budget agency call centre to cancell my reservation. Not professional.Reviewed 14 Jun 2024

My experience was good only down side was that the car was not wash and had damaged by the other owner that used it like scratch on the paint on the driver side back and the front also. Did do a video in the budget parking lot before taking the car of the scratchesReviewed 6 May 2024

They sent me with tires that had no thread left on them. One was leaking air! I had to stop numerous times to fill it up. Cruise Control was not working because of that. I shared all that with the staff member when I returned the vehicle. He said he did not know about the tires and it is because they have had the vehicle for longer than they usually do because of Covid. I ask that they please change the tires before they rent it out to someone else not to put anybody else at risk.Reviewed 23 Aug 2022

Pros:Yes !Cons:One fact and the only disappointment was no indication at any point on the reservation that the rental was “off airport” adding a cab ride and time that was NOT accounted for. Not being from the region the address was NOT obvious to me.Reviewed 5 Aug 2019
