Pros:The staff let us pick up the car even though they closed at 1:00 pm and we showed up at 1:02 pm.Cons:We didn't get the contract for the car - which was needed when we dropped it off at the airport.Reviewed 19 Feb 2019

Refused to rent to me because I didn't live in the same townPros:I reserved a car. I had all the money available. I was willing to pay the deposit and drop it off exactly intact with all the necessary paperwork/information. This location refused to rent me a car because I didn't live in Guelph. If I lived in Guelph, why would I need to rent a car? Wouldn't it make sense to rent a car to LEAVE the town that you are capable of moving around in? I think that the representative available that day was discriminating against my appearance upon pickup. I was in the same office in person the day before to ensure that my paperwork would be approved. I took all the necessary steps to get out of an emergency situation and relied on this service. Instead, I was approved for a Uhaul, and even though I had to pay way more than my available budget to rent he Uhaul vehicle, they were reliable and available. The uhaul representative did EVERYTHING in their power to make sure that the vehicle was available. This Enterprise location refused to rent to me based on not living in the area, but if I was to truly look at the situation from my perspective, their representative judged me based on my appearance and severely effected my current situation . The company as a whole was represented by a situation such as this and I wouldn't hold my breath on trying for another rental.Cons:The customer service and reliability. Enterprise in Guelph on Woodlawn - great!Pros:The service by Addison and every team member I came in contact with was great. Very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. There was a very positive vibe in the office and all customers seemed to be getting great service.Cons:There was not anything that I didn't like or felt needed improving with my experience. Month long road trip in a brand new carPros:The guys at the enterprise office were cheerful and helpful from the get go, made the whole process as quick and easy steps possible. We were given a 2017 car with only 3000kms on the clock to take away and use for a month, the car had all the bells and whistles. Enterprise was not only the cheapest option looking on kayak but one of the only companies allowing unlimited kms for the rental. Put on some serious kms in that month but no issues when returning it.Cons:Due to the rules and regulations there was complications with getting the car rented as I was the only driver in my group but I don't have a credit card meaning I had to pay a $250 cash deposit on top of paying cash for the car since they wouldn't allow us to use my boyfriends credit card even though we travelled in the car together and could have provided ID of hisale. Didn't really make sense to us but it was the only downside to our rental experience.Reviewed 29 Oct 2016
