Business class is very poor , old seats with a iPad as tv…others companies offering better quality

Cons: having proper maintenance on their old airplanes . Help their costumer if for techincal issue you had to cancel a flight for more then a week from miami to paris sept 18 /2019

Cons: Was not clear that luggage is not included Paying for luggage online was very confusing and not straight forward On board touch screens do not work well

Cons: Didn’t have to pay a bag fee from Miami to Paris but had to pay 100€ each for two bags to come back?? Extortion and infuriating. Most likely will never use you guys again.

Cons: The experience at the airport for check-in was terrible. The website would not allow advanced baggage check-in so we were forced to pay full price for an additional price of 100 euro (unbelievable) and then the credit card machines were not working so we were expected to go and find cash to pay.

Flight was delayed by an hour

Pros: The help from the crew was okay.

Cons: The fact that the flight was delayed by an hour.

Cons: Boarding process was awful in Montreal and with the busss to plain. Not good entertainment system or selection.

Cons: The flight was over two hours late, very unorganized and crowded and too cramped and uncomfortable. My entertainment unit didn't work.

It gets you there, but...

Pros: Seats were fairly comfy.

Cons: it is a leased Airbus that is really showing its age... They handed out iPads for entertainment rather than use the antiquated "in seat" system. No overhead lights on the aircraft. Also, late departure.
