Pros: It was very clean and a very nice area close to the airport. The park/lake next to the hotel is very nice for an early morning stroll or just to enjoy.
Cons: The reception desk was very different. It was a huge table that you stand out. The receptionist seemed a million miles away. Very impersonal and a big barrier to interaction that the rest of the hotel does very well at. I never did figure out how to set the HVAC system. It was very hot in my room because I could not figure out how to set the temperature and get t to work.

Pros: I loved the fact that it had a kitchen in the room with appliances. I was surprised to see wine glasses and plates and much more. I was very impressed.
Cons: The price could have been a bit cheaper but honestly at the end it was worth it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were very nice, the breakfast above average and location perfect. Pet fee was waived because our dog was being seen at the A&M small animal clinic, that was particularly nice and appreciated. Housekeeping staff very accommodating and a problem with the shower fixed immediately !
Cons: Frozen butter cannot be spread and oatmeal was like soup. Evening attendant had a handful of lotion when we checked in so she used one hand to do everything then started lotioning her legs while we were still at the desk, yucky !!

Cons: Smell on an evening outside and in the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and great room size

Pros: Bed to hard.
Cons: Bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and the hotel staff was friendly.
Cons: There’s wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is a typical Staybridge property. They did have an open pool but it was outside and could have benefited from a little heat. The nighttime spread was hamburgers with all the fixins, chips, salad, and beverages, very good. Nice breakfast provided as well. It is located at one end of an exterior mall with lots of shops and several restaurants in easy walking distance.
Cons: The staff attending the meal service was not particularly attentive or friendly, more involved chatting with other staff than greeting and serving hotel guests. Ice was not ready at the start of the evening meal service and they were out of one of the soft drink options without identifying it as such. A lot of outdoor workers seemed to be using this facility as a temporary home base and the residue in the washer/dryers reflected such. Management would do well to make frequent inspections and cleanings of the laundry equipment and area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was great
Cons: The parking. There was an 18-wheeler taking up 10 spaces.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Toilet paper awful and expensive pet deposit
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All good. No complaints. Clean. Friendly.
Cons: Some of the towels were torn.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Didn’t expect the big kitchen! I’m sure the price goes up during football season at the college but with no game the price was right and I would travel again with the whole family it was that spacious. Walking distance to food and shops.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They allowed me to early check in after working all night and I’m so grateful & thankful for that!
Cons: N/A

Pros: The cleanliness of our rooms was good.
Cons: The front room was a sauna. They offered it to us for meeting with our team but we couldn't stand it because there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was okay with the exception of them running out of syrup and instead of running to the Walmart down the street they posted an apology note on the wall. The check-in was a NIGHTMARE. Eduue coudn't find the reservations and instead of asking for help from the General Manager he angered all of our guests by telling them they didn't have the rooms available for them after we had made our reservations and confirmed them a month in advance. The GM did fix this and found the reservations for most of us but several had duplicate reservation numbers which caused one of the two guests to not have the correct room. At check-out, I noticed there was an additional charge for over $300 that was in addition to the 3 rooms that I had already paid for. Eduue, again trying to help without checking with someone with authority, assured me the charges would be released. They were not and they had to issue a credit and then CHARGED ME AGAIN for them the very next day! We will not stay here again which is a shame because the cleanliness and location of the hotel are great but the customer service and over charges were not acceptible. Instead of trying to accomodate us after they realized they were the ones that were making the mistake, Eduue continued to treat us as if we were a problem. VERY unwelcoming.

Cons: nothing everything was great
6.7 Good
Cons: The room hasn't been vacuumed, toenail clippings, French fries under the desk, the bathroom sink was clogged, if housekeeping would had turned it on to clean instead of just wiping it down would have noticed this and notified maintenance The 1st room we were in was a used room bed full of hair, or that is how they clean. Head housekeeper and the GM need to do their job with room inspections!! The kitchen staff shouldn't be serving themselves food during breakfast hours especially when guests are present!! Big No No .

Pros: Breakfast looked good but as I was meeting a colleague for breakfast, I just went down initially for a cup of coffee but as it happened, the coffee pot was broken and there was only about 1-2 cups left in the dispenser. Cons: The refrigerator in our room was not cooling well and we didn't realize it. We brought back to our room some wonderful leftovers from our evening meal and put them into the refrigerator to keep and it wasn't until the next morning when we took them out that it became obvious that they had gone bad so we had to throw them out. We notified the front desk so it could be replaced or repaired.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The corner rooms are the best. Especially when you have children or another couple with you.
Cons: We've usually stayed here for the last 7 or 8 years. Only missed a couple of times. Due the hotel being booked up. As soon as they give us a Family Reunion dated we will be booking it again. We always enjoy staying here. I need the full kitchen to cook for our family reunion.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Book it specifically for the kitchen, only to have alot of issues with it. They knowingly gave me a room with a broken dishwasher and disposal. Not enough settings/ utensils. Staff was rude and racist.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a great place to stay for University visitors. Spacious, clean and like a small apartment. Especially good for a family stay. Very nice to have two bedrooms.
Cons: Steam iron needed mineral deposits cleaned.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: So the room we stayed in was incredible. It had basically a full kitchen set up so we could make our own lunch in between activities and just relax. I would recommend mostly to families, or people who are looking to stay in town but not eat out every night. Enjoy the time together, away from everything.
Cons: The pool is small so depending on your kids they might be picky, but a pool is a pool! Parking is a little tough, but also just being picky.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was what I expected.
Cons: Room was on the west side of the property and the traffic noise was noticeable in the afternoon. No traffic noise issues after dark. TV position didn't allow for watching from the bed and the couch comfortably.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and friendly management and staff.
Cons: $100 non-refundable pet deposit. This is an extended stay hotel, so it makes some sense. Thankfully, the manager reduced it to a reasonable rate since we were one-night guests.
