Cons: Put in a handicap room without asking. Seat in tub / shower takes up half the standing room. Unable to stow seat due to soap dish placement. Not a show stopper until I figured out there was no shampoo. Staff did not disclose they ran out. If you are going to charge a premium rate, make sure you don’t run out of shampoo. Management should have purchased every small shampoo bottle in town before allowing this.

Pros: The breakfast was a huge plus with made to order omelets.The location was great with a lot of restaurant and food choices near by.Parking was easy in the garage. Hotel was clean and the area felt safe.

Pros: Room was nice. The staff was excellent. I like how the registration desk is situated. It’s so much more inviting and casual. The staff walks around the island and interacts with the guests. Very nice. Will stay again.
Cons: I ate at the restaurant a week before and the cheese grits were fabulous. I ordered them at dinner on this visit and they were completely different. I didn’t like them at all.

Pros: This hotel had all the standard amenities that you expect from a 3 Star rating hotel, so I guess that was the only thing I liked about this hotel.

Cons: There were not enough towels! There was half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived and no extras! Half a box of tissues and no extras! No remote for the TV. Two of our family groups had to switch rooms because the AC was broken in their room. It’s still 90’s in October in Texas! Too many problems for the price!

Pros: Loved the courtyard! I sat out there for a couple of hours and read a book. Bed was super comfy, and the property was quiet and peaceful. Loved the Mediterranean style decor and the A&M touches. Great value, will definitely stay again.

Cons: The morning we left the elevator was out of commission twice, and we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs, which was an inconvenience. Signs were placed on the door . The location of the entrance off the access road is awkward to find.

Cons: breakfast was lacking. The prior prepared microwavable egg mixes did not look appetizing. I'm sure if I wanted an waffle, it'd worked out better. I went off property to pay for breakfast.

Cons: The arguments between front desk staff and guest was deplorable. A 2am argument ensued next to our room and continued with yelling and fighting came of it because of the banging that occurred for about an hour or so. Never again

Pros: The hotel was amazingly clean. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to requests. The location is perfect and very close to nearby shopping stores, restaurants and of course the Texas A&M campus.

Pros: I loved the soft pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Also has a very nice bar with live entertainment. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros: The location was very nice and quiet. The hotel was very classy and clean. Check in was super easy. The staff was courteous.
Cons: I wish the staff could have taken time to tell us about the hotel amenities, eateries, etc. since this was our first time there and first time in that area.

Pros: Location...away from town, but it's only 15 minutes to anywhere. The hotel is beautiful.

Pros: New property. Fresh. Rooms have a rustic and comfortable feel.
Cons: No hotel entrances from the back, 75% of the parking is. If you cannot find a spot in front, you are in for a hike. The front parking of the hotel is uses by locals to access the lake and jogging trails. Curtain pulls in the room blocked by corner seat

Pros: I enjoyed the different areas to sit and socialize. The ground where very nice for a walk. The coffee shop is a great place to sit and enjoy friends and a cup of coffee.

Pros: Room was nice. The staff was excellent. I like how the registration desk is situated. It’s so much more inviting and casual. The staff walks around the island and interacts with the guests. Very nice. Will stay again.
Cons: I ate at the restaurant a week before and the cheese grits were fabulous. I ordered them at dinner on this visit and they were completely different. I didn’t like them at all.
