Pros (+) Easy to find in a great location.
Pros (+) close to campus, free wifi, free breakfast, access to parking, clean room, comfortable bed, didn't need to leave a credit card since it was paid for online, easy check in and check out process

Pros (+) The location. Directly across from campus.
Cons (-) It's an older hotel so the rooms are a bit dated. I would rate the value better under ordinary circumstances; however, the rates across town are jacked up on weekends for a home football game.
Pros (+) Friendly staff. Clean room.
Cons (-) Didn't have laundry facility. I happened to need one but it was not something I looked for when booking so I can't blame the hotel.
