Room, coffee, green
It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful
The lobby was way too loud. You could hear the bar, music, and crowd late into the night from Room 113. Families should have the option of being further away from the party. The loud bar right in the middle of the lobby is why I don't think I would recommend it for a family. Not all of the bar patrons were nice, and not really something I want my kids to witness as they go to the room.
Nice concept, good decoration, clean and comfortable
Loud parties and guest and management couldn't control them, we couldn't rest at all. Management didn't care about the situation.
The staff was very nice.
The room smelled bad to me. Also, the walls are thin because you hear everything next door and in the hallway. The partiers wake you up at all hours of the night and the early birds and kids wake you up in the morning. It was exhausting!
Arrangement of the room and I was able to get a good night's quiet rest.
A light came on over the bed when the light was turned on in the restroom. Only a problem because my husband is an early riser and I'm a late riser.
This was very clean and the staff was very kind.
After 3 requests, the staff is still unable to email a copy of my receipt.
Good value and location
Location is nicely central for the area, and price is quite competitive. Beds are very comfortable, and the whole building has a modern feel to it. Highly recommended.
The toilet in the room we were staying in did not feel properly secured to the floor; it wobbled when sitting on it. Staff was notified and said it would be taken care of. Minor nitpick: There is no separate light switch for the bathroom area, or the sink area. If you turn on one you turn on both; inconvenient for multiple people sleeping. You illuminate the whole room just to go to the bathroom.
