EVERYTHING! First my reservation got switched to an office (Copperas Cove) that wasn't open on the day I was suppose to pick up my rental. Then I called the original office (Killeen) to have it switched back and make sure they had my car at the correct pick up point. Not only did the Killeen office not have my reservation information, but they didn't even have the size vehicle I reserved! Then they told me the only thing they could do about it was hope someone turned in my type of vehicle in time. No attempt to find one and have it brought from another office or anything. No customer service, no remorse for the inconvenience, a total lack of curtousies. I will never be using Enterprise again if I can help it.3.2 Poor

The price and type of car was perfect for what I needed it for. I got great gas mileage and the car performed well. I was totally satisfied with the car and the way the employees treated me. No hidden fees and they offered to take me back home, but I had a friend to pick me up.Cons:
I had an appointment to pick up the car at 9am, I arrived at 8:50am, but didn't get the car until 9:45. I wasn't the only one wait to get their car at the schedule time. Other than that, its a great Enterprise car rental location.Hertz

I liked that when I landed in Killeen, Texas I was able to take care of all the paperwork and get my car keys right next to the luggage pick up site while I waited for my bags. I had reserved a car that was listed as a Ford Escort, or similar. No big deal. My beater car is an escort and it has a big trunk. When I arrived to pick up my rental, they had two cars to choose from. Both of which were hatchbacks with very limited space for luggage/cargo. I expressed my disappointment with them considering there were probably 50 cars on the Hertz lot, but none of them were for rental as they were for sale. They couldn't even upgrade me to a larger vehicle because there weren't any available. I declined the rental and asked for my $36 insurance refund and they said I would have to go through Kayak to get the refund. I know it was Thanksgiving weekend, and cars were scarce, but they should advertise if it is a hatchback or a regular car.Budget

Pros:
The staff was not helpful. They did not have the vehicle or a similar one available for my reservation. The clerk stated she wasn't sure about the seating capacity for the vehicle she tried to pawn off. I told her I must have seating for 7 as was reserved. We walked around the parking lot and she showed me that the vehicle I wanted was on a doughnut and they couldn't get it fixed until they had 5 flats to fix. I drove an hour to pick up this car. She offered a 12 passenger van that looked like a church bus or a Highlander with seating for 5. Neither was acceptable. She didn't care that I had already driven an hour to get the reserved vehicle. She stated they called and left a message, but the number they used was not the number on my confirmation and I never received it. She made no attempt to make the situation better or offer a remedy other than a car that was too small or a tank.Cons:

15 hr plus delay due to weather website shows counter close's at 1030pm local, we arrived at 1015pm and no one was there thus costing me $150 usd for a taxi to round Rock. If I was the manager I'd fire those people as there were 4 other groups in my situation.thanks for nothing alamo!1.9 Poor
