Totally convenientWe went on a cruise and were picked up immediately by a shuttle that took us to pick up our car. The gentleman that picked us up helped with our bags and was friendly. Our reservation was suppose to be at 12 but we were able to get our car a few hours early. It was convenient, accommodating, the car was in nice condition, staff was friendly, and the price was very affordable. Will definitely be doing business with them again.I have nothing that I was not happy with my experience

Pickup shuttleCar return was easy and quickOur rental pickup was from (N ATLANTIC AVE, CAPE CANAVERAL, FL), we were supposed to be picked up from port Canaveral which is 3 miles away from this office. They have only 1 shuttle, we waited for 2 hours for a pickup. The rental office never pick up the phone .we tried to call the headquarters numbers, even the managers couldn't get hold of them or do anything for us . SO IGNORANT

Over Reserved?The agent, Hash, who served us was awesome. Calm, patient. He apologized for our wait, upgraded us to a nicer vehicle & said we wouldn’t have to refill car.Between Thrifty & Dollar, they accepted more reservations than they had vehicles for. We stood in line for nearly an hour before we were waited on.

Horrible customer service and long waitingI made a reservation to pick up 10 am lined for at 9:30 am and finally got the car at 12:30 pm. No enough cars staff are not friendly at all except shuttle drivers.Do not take reservation more that what you have in the stock

The office was closed and afterhours drop off instructions were confusing, complicated, and bizarre. The only available parking spot when we arrived was handicapped, which I parked in anyway, and by the time we left two more cars had pulled in with no place to park. Felt uncomfortable dropping the car keys into a mail chute but that was the instruction. It was all just weird.

Not enough staff.The Port Canaveral office is VERY busy on a cruise morning. We spent about 15 minutes waiting to turn in the car and another 30 minutes standing waiting for the shuttle to the ship. Needs some more staff.

the shuttle bus never came to port canaveral we had to take a taxi to get to the rental center, all the shuttle buses from the other companies came frequently while the dollar shuttle base came in almost two hours of waiting, one time

Drop off location very confusingI ordered the car with different drop off location than pick up location, the guy asked me to go to the airport service counter to get receipt, after he checked everything was fine, I waited forever there, there was only one person there, I never expected dropping off car will take that much hassle

HurricaneIt was a car.We had to return the car early since there was a mandatory evacuation, yet no money was deducted.
