Pros: I liked our view of the bay and the hotel was lovely.
Cons: It's the kind of hotel that takes itself too seriously. It was billed as a five star resort, but the only difference I could see between it and any other hotel in the states was the bidet in the bathroom.

Pros: Within walking distance of the Bay and the City. Staff pleasant and hotel was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very nice and the room was spacious and provided everything you needed for an overnight stay.

Pros: On arrival as a family, we found the reception staff very welcoming, professional and courteous. During our stay, we found the rooms very good value for the money, clean and the warm colours of the decor very relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble, for the reception staff and the bar staff during our visit. We will certainly stay in a Future Inns hotel again in the future. Keep up the great standards, and give yourselves a pat on the back.
Cons: Nothing to complain about during our stay, only compliments to all the staff both front of house and operational staff behind the scenes.

Pros: Great staff, location and the room has everything we wanted. Good leisure facilities. Had a lovely evening drink on the decking area in the sun.
Cons: Drinks in the bar were very expensive but to be expected from a hotel. We didn't have breakfast included but crossed the road and had a great breakfast at Bills.

The bed was not comfortable. The staff was difficult to reach. The operator never answered and the front desk let the phone ring and ring. I was pretty cold that night so I called for an extra blanket. They never brought it up. The said they had room service but there was no menu in the room. Breakfast was very tasty and the room was clean.

Pros: Enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance to some interesting places (castle, museum, Sophia Gardens) and Queen St shopping centre.
