9.6 Excellent
Pros: The resort had a great relaxing atmosphere. The layout of the gardens meant that it was very private wherever you were. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The food was sensational. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: Some attention needs to be given to the maintenance here and there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was fantastic. The service was excellent and a special mention to Joy & Powpow but overall you couldn’t fault it.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Garden is amazing Little maze was amazing Stone pool was amazing
Cons: Lunch and Dinner options are very limited. Should add more variations like Thai food. People don't need to have western style imported to every 5 star hotel they visit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great about this hotel! The stuff was super nice and helpful, the place is beautiful and breakfast was delight! We had a room on the 2end floor with a view to the swimming pool no. 209 and we loved it! It is 5 min from the center but they have a shuttle every half and hour to take you there and pick you up back to the hotel.
Cons: Nothing was bad about this place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This resort is quite special. The staff and facilities are amazing and offer personal touches through out during your stay at Reverie Siam
Cons: Can be slightly expensive compared to the rest of Pai, but this is to be expected with the quality of the service
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast. Excellent location. Love the pool next to the room, as well the infinity pool. Landscape and garden was well designed, decoration was charming especially the dinning area.
Cons: Need better lighting in the room, specifically for reading beside the bed and day bed which has no light after all it is suppose to be a relaxing vacation. Pricing was rather high.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was a complete suprise. I knew it would be nice but just how nice was completely unexpected. We were upgraded upon arrival into room 7, a room with it's own garden. The bedroom and bathroom were designed to look and feel like something opulent from the 20's or 30's. It was achieved perfectly! V impressed. Thai's do customer service like few other places but the hotel exceeded our expectation. ...the staff were wonderful, especially PaoPao. So if your travelling to Pai and want a hotel that's a little more up market and just 5 minutes outside town, go here....you wont be disappointed.
Cons: V difficult to think of anything but if I was staying more than a week a better option of films on the TV would have been an improvement.

Family House Zen Boutique Resort - Pai - Pool

9.1 Excellent (461 reviews)
Overview Reviews

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!
Cons: The shower water smelled like rotten eggs. Googled it, and it’s probably due to sulfer. Still, not ideal
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely warm welcome, friendly staff, room clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and the most fantastic breakfast we had in Thailand. Beautiful tranquil setting, I will dream of this place when I'm back in cold rainy England in November!
Cons: Racked my brain to think of a negative but couldn't fault a thing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great place well located. 100 meters from the center. One of the workers gave us great tips. The brakfest is amazing. We will be back.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This was by far our most expensive accommodation during this 6 week visit to Thailand. This small resort does 'what it says on the tin' - it provides Western high quality small hotel style accommodation. Staff were lovely. The whole facility is meticulously kept. Small pool which was adequate to cool off in/for the kids to splash around in. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Very comfortable bed. We had 2 interconnected rooms - note additional charge for extra child bed. A 5 minute walk to Pai main walking street where the night market is held but far enough away to be give you a quiet peaceful stay. Parking available for cars and scooters.
Cons: For Pai the resort is top end from a price perspective. Although in Thailand some restaurants and hotels add 3% to the bill when paying by card, for meals and low priced accommodation you can accept this, particularly when paying by cash is an option. It is a shame though that facilities such as this that charge top end prices choose to also add on this surcharge. Our bill at the Family House Zen Resort was getting on for 30,000 Bhat, which is problematic to pay in cash.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the pillows and bed were a bit uncomfy
Cons: staff were amazing and so helpful. provided lots of ideas for things to do. breakfast was top notch
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The place was beautiful and very well maintained. lovely staff help us very much, great pool very peacfull and quite.
Cons: The bridge was broken, going to town and back was too far. Hope they fix it soon. Johnathan help us very much and very grateful to him. Other than that nothing really..

Pros: Amazing place! The most kind staff I’ve ever met. It is really heaven on earth
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our experience at Pai Island was incredible. The staff were very attentive and always looked after us. They prepared a huge breakfast every morning which was amazing. All the facilities were great, especially the free shuttle bus to town. We loved everything about this resort and will definitely be back again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wondeful stay everything perfect. we really enjoy the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere, staff, cleanliness, room facilities , etc. They are all well prepared for us so we were very satisfied in all services while staying there. We love Pai Island Resort as much as we love Pai.
Cons: Nothings. They are all very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bath tub in the garden is an absolute amazing time to relax and so romantic.
Cons: No complaints everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service, luxurious villa. Complimentary transport to town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and tidy, staff and attention to details
Cons: The bed not comfy enough (too hard for us)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: What is there to say other than basking in exquisite luxury. Definitely a must for those looking for a peaceful romantic getaway. Our room was a stand-alone cottage with a vaguely Swiss Chalet type of architecture. The bed area was raised, with toilet area off to one side, a step lower, and the "living" area 2 steps lower. The overall effect, although only one room, was of having 3 separate spacious rooms. The living area had a comfortable sofa and a desk off to the side, which was excellent as I was able to use my laptop to catch up on some writing. The TV was of good size but the reception was bad. This was more than compensated, however, by a catalog of DVDs: more than 300 titles, including many which were "family friendly". All you had to do was to write down up to 3 reference numbers, call the front desk, and they were delivered right to your door. Breakfast was on a pre-order basis. We were presented with a checklist that included 4 categories: beverage (coffee/tea + juice), main meal (omelette, bacon and eggs, waffle, rice soup, and a couple of other Thai dishes), toast (white or wheat), and follow-on (yogurt or fresh fruit). The staff also gladly gave me an extra cup of coffee if I asked, all included in the price. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the downtown Pai area which was nice as during the evening, when the night market is in full swing (don't miss it!), it gets very crowded. They even provided a "bubble bath service" (!). All you have to do is to call the front desk, up until 8:30 PM, and a staff member would prepare the outdoors bubble bath for you, water temperature to your specification, with aromatic bath oils. They also lined the bath with candles providing an outrageously romantic setting. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Cons: My wife complained that the Thai breakfast offerings were "not spicy enough" which led me to the conclusion that hotel is more oriented towards foreign guests rather than Thai. My other beef, and I'm sure this is petty, but for the price it seems that the hotel should have provided a swimming pool. Also, of course, the hotel is a bit pricey given the competition in the area.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absoulely memorable experience in Pai. The service from the crew was exellent, very considerate in all area. Room was a bit smaller than we expected but very clean, ant and small gecko (if dont mind) were reminding us that we are living in a natuarl enviorment. Meals provided in hotel were great, full of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner were also very nice so that we had several times during our 3 nights stay.
Cons: nothing
Rim Pai Cottage - Pai - Bedroom
5
9.0 Excellent (458 reviews)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location at walking street, nice garden with pool. Rice porridge for breakfast was good.
Cons: Our two bungalows require an update/renovation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in the center of Pai. If you arrive by car, make sure you get to the Hotel parking till 4PM as there are night street markets around and on the main street entrance. I couldn't get the car so far and had to park it somewhere else on the first day. We had a double room, with a nice balkony near to the swimming pool. Extremely quiet, you can bearly hear the night street market which is very busy. Small but refreshing swimming pool on the marvellous well kept garden.
Cons: There are lots of mosquitoes but this is everywhere near the forest. Thailand is very green and mosquitoes are part of the nature. Get enough repelent. Hotel staff leaves a anti-mosquitoes spiral every day at sunset on the terrace. Breakfast could be better for such a good rated hotel, coffee was terrible.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location although in the thick of party scene, very nice hotel grounds and pool, we enjoyed our room’s private balcony.
Cons: Our room was mediocrely clean (the shower had mildew and black grout - I asked them to clean it twice, dusty, ants everywhere), the hotel overall looks worse for wear, our screen doors weren’t working properly for example, the breakfast is mediocre, overall we felt it’s too expensive for what we got. I would recommend one of the less expensive rooms (we were in one of their most expensive) because they all have semi-private balconies, the grounds are lovely and the pool is nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very nice, the property and location were great. The staff was very helpful. The gardens were beautifully maintained. Pleasantly quiet as we were so close to the walking street.
Cons: The room was lovely but nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom and the shower door was very small. The steps were old and slippery in the wet. Also, the sala leaked when it rained. the pool was a bit dirty.
7.9 Good
Cons: Everythings is fine but Wifi is not work at my room location. Staff cannot fix it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice garden ! Great place with lot of charm in the center of Pai
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is near Pai walking street. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is good.
Cons: None
7.9 Good
Pros: The service was good, the stuff was really nice and the location was amazing!
Cons: The bed was very bad and uncomfortable, the shower was old and we didn’t have warm water in the shower

9.1 Excellent (109 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Sawasdeepai River Resort in Pai, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Walking Street and Wat Klang. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice air conditioning room facing the river.
Cons: The room is a bit dim for reading, some more hooks for hanging clothes or a shelf for putting stuffs in the bathroom is more helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic! Cute room, lovely pool, and gorgeous view.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: cozy and affordable room located in the town central area. friendly staffs offered us free breakfast. room was mostly clean.
Cons: there was a cockroach and some mosquitos in the room. room was kinda dark. sink was leaking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and spacious and very arty. Lots of privacy. Easy location to get to anything in central Pai without being right in the middle of the party scene. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Being a Yoga space I was hoping for more tranquility but I guess I wanted the location as well so that's hard. I was hoping to chill here with twice a day yoga but this isn't really a place for retreat - just a place that has drop in yoga classes. I was hoping it would be more social. While the staff were friendly it's not a place to socialise with other guests.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and cozy room with fridge and your own terrace. Comfy bed and stylish decorations. Good location close to walking street, sometimes you can hear the party music - but only silently. They also offer daily yoga classes. Pls follow our world trip on Instagram: @chasethestreets
Cons: The pool could have been a little bit cleaner, but anyway it’s great they have a pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The owner welcomed us with warm and is very friendly and helpful. Thank you:)
Cons: The water the has been provided had some off taste for some reason. Some water from the aink were leaking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is sooo beautiful and the owners and staff so friendly and caring! Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere, daily yoga with an amazing yoga teacher Linda! It is a peaceful paradise! I will come back!
Cons: I liked almost everything, the only not so good thing is they still have plastic straws in their sweet café, like almost all places in Thailand. Pai makes a lot of effort to avoid plastic, I hope more and more places will use reusable straws soon. They have a free water refill station in this resort if you bring the stainless steel bottle from trash heroes Thailand, so they do something already to engage people refilling water instead of buying new plastic bottles every day!
4.0 Okay
Pros: the breakfast is nice
Cons: 1) there is a new bar that works until 04:00 AM every day in the other side of the river, so there is a strong noise all night long! we couldn't sleep at all 2) the rooms are dark 3) the general condition of the room is not so high... 4) If you coming in January - February. it will be very cold and there is no hitters in the rooms
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and everything that I needed. Great staff.
Cons: Ants on the balcony.

Pros: The location was perfect! Accomodation was clean and it’s a cozy charm place to stay.
Cons: The mattress was a little to hard. I would recommend to the hosts to put extra pad or comforter underneath the bed linen.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable. Staff was helpful with renting bikes.
Cons: Breakfast is just toast and coffee.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, great value, nice owners
Cons: No complaints
7.9 Good
Pros: Super cute separate chalets for everybody. They all looked great inside and out. Very close to nigjt market without having to be right in it.
Cons: The bed was hard as a rock. No spare toilet paper roll. Bathroom amenities were by the TV.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nil

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is very cozy and well kept. Quiet atmosphere. And a nice pool. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. Help with information and every need that comes up. We were there for 4 days and very much enjoyed it. highly recommend.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for a total of 6 days. Loved the location and the simple, clean room. They don't have a lot of power outlets in the room (none by the bed for phone charging) but they do keep multi-outlet extender boxes at the desk. The pool area is cute and the grounds are well maintained. It is by the river, so very quiet but super walkable to all of the yummy street food on the Pai Walking Street. We did not have breakfast there but they have reasonable prices on the menu. We had an issue with our neighboring room making a lot of noise one night + early the next morning. They helped us by solving the problem, and were flexible with options.
Cons: My only negative is the WIFI -very unstable and often non-existent. This was bad for me because I needed to get some work done - they tried to help by giving me another login (they really are super helpful) but same issue - they said bc of the rain. I recommend this place if you do not need strong WIFI, everything else was great!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, at the end of the famous walking street. Swimming pool is great to cool down after a day out. The rooms are basic but comfortable, nice little terrace in front of the house. The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is fantastic and very helpful!
Cons: The house we had, had some mold in the bathroom. It could use a new toilet seat as well, this one had some yellow marks on it which we couldn't get off. A fridge in the room would have been nice to keep some cold water.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing, really cozy and vibrant hotel. The staff is amazing, very helpful and polite. Location is perfect.
Cons: The pool looks better in the photos than actual one. You need to pay for the breakfast separately from the accommodation price.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable rooms, excellent central location next to river, pool and gardens beautifully maintained, very quiet even though close to the action. Staff all friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked about the property.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Family House is in a perfect location for travellers looking to be close to the centre of Pai but a little way off from the business of some of the backpacker areas. The view over the river was lovely and having a swimming pool was really pleasant after a long day of hiking. We opted to have breakfast there on our last day and the food was really delicious and good value.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small.
6.3 Good
Pros: - great location - very nice breakfast
Cons: - (lack of) organization: dirty pool, staff disturbing in the morning - price-Q: pretty basic accomodation for high price, if compared to alternatives

Pros: We literally had like a little house and we really liked it. The decoration of the hotel is also beautiful and it is really quiet.
Cons: The beds and pillows were quite hard.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel for a couple of nights.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Excellent for a short stay. (I was only in Pai for one night so I didnt get to spend a lot of time at the resort so I'm not entirely sure if theres any communal space to spend time outside your room. However I cant emphasise enough how beautiful the rooms are). I would definitely recommend Pai Vintage Garden to my friends and family.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. They own a couple of hotel cars and were able to pick us up when we got lost and give us rides if we asked. Very friendly.
7.9 Good
Pros: Super cool owner went out of his way to be helpful. The grounds and setting were lovely
Cons: Bed was a little hard. No AC, but didn't necessarily need it.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were well equipped and very clean. It was nice being slightly out of town as it was relaxing. They offer free shuttle to and from painow which is great. Staff are very friendly
Cons: The mattress was very hard and thin. The bedding was synthetic - cotton is a lot better. Curtains let the light in as soon as the sun rises so no sleep in
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were nice. The breakfast was good and the were so many facilities such a pick up from the location we were or send the motorcycle we wanted to rent to the the hotel.
Cons: The bed was really uncomfortable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet location with clean rooms and view on field and mountains. Clean pool. Friendly personnel. Breakfast ok.
Cons: Very hard beds.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a little bit far from Pai’s main strip (but walkable) but the friendly staff offered rides into town and waited for our call to pick us up when we wanted to come back. The driver always came very quickly. There are also bikes to borrow. The rooms are very big and decorated in children’s themes. Beds are a bit hard for our western tastes but we found this to be the case in many places we stayed. They offered a complete breakfast menu free of charge and it was delicious. We ate beside the pool. We left very early in the morning to the bus station to head back to Chiang Mai but the staff woke up early to make sure we got to the bus on time and even packed the six of us a lunch!!! It was really sweet and considerate especially since we were on our way out and so, technically, no longer their guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view is good. The bed is comfortable.
Cons: The staff who check in asked for lucky money after I gave her tips . Although I gave it to her, I still feel incredible. It's equal to giving her twice as much.Except for this other staffs were friendly and the hotel is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice decor, nice surrounding scenery. Quiet at night
Cons: It's outside the town of Pai so if you want to party in town this isn't the place for you. They'll take you into town and back until 10 pm though.
5.4 Okay
Cons: strange room design with teddy bear paintings in the room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice view face to the mountains and the air just fresh ,the staff is very thoughtful and sweet, room is tidy
Cons: Double bed the size is small, will falling down if turning while sleeping
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing! You could see the beautiful mountains while taking a swim in the pool. The staff was very nice. Good food in the restaurant. They offered coffee and tea all day long. Clean rooms, great AC. As some other guest wrote, it is like an fairy tale place. Nice modern room. Pool was nice temperature. Was good for 2 days stay.
Cons: We stayed in the twin room and had a room next to ours. There was a door in to the other room. When someone stayed in the other room and was having the lights on, it would shine in to our room. Very annoying when you want to sleep and could not because of the light. Same thing with the door that we had that was facing the pool/outside where the water pump was. The curtains could not reach to that door, so the light was shining thru on that side as well. :(. They did not provide towels for the pool. so you had to use your own from the room. They did not change the towels the day after/did not clean.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: 1. Large pool - around 20m x 10m 2. Parking space
Cons: 1. NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED although breakfast has been booked! The website shows nice breakfast buffet, and advertises with"exceptional breakfast". What a scam! 2. FAMILY NIGHTMARE: Reception can not speak English. Hotel manager apologized that media consultant make mistake and that breakfast is not available right now. Then: We called 2 booking.com agents to complain, and were finally escalated to a case manager. Sorry, also rediculous: After 40 minutes on the phone, the booking agent reimbursed us (group of 3 person) 200 Baht (5 Euro!), "so that we can eat somewhere else". WOW. 5 Euro!!! That is one coffee at starbucks! We expected breakfast as promised on the website, and literally got no help from the booking platform! BE AWARE!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Candyland theme is a bit odd ... that being said, we stayed in low season so there weren't many other guests and our room was cheap, clean and comfortable. Big swimming pool. Liked that it's a little bit out of the city centre - we hired a motorbike for the 4 days we were there and were able to get around that way. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. They didn't provide pool towels which I think is a bit odd and we had to ask them to clean our room for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed.
Cons: No pool towels. Having to ask for the room to be cleaned. The Candyland theme attracts non-hotel guests to come in and take pics (why I have no idea!!!).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: My bed to small just 3 Ft
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, this place is really something special. It feels and looks like you are in a fairytale :) The thing we loved most, is the staff! We didn't have good wifi connection in our room and we had some work to do on our laptop, so they arranged a new router in our room at 10 pm in the evening. We did not expect that and we were really surprised! So kind :)
Cons: Nothing!!
6.3 Good
Pros: The Pool is really big and the decoration of the whole area is super cute.
Cons: The WiFi wasn't working for the first day. There where Lots of ants and other small animals in our room. The Restaurant closes at 19 o'clock and there is no other place nearby to get dinner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The best thing abu this place is extremly nice and helpful staff. I've been answered so many question and given a lot of recommendations and advises! The location isn't that close to the city, but it wasn't a problem to get there or back to the resort I had great experience and would definitely recommend to stay there!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was perfect, the best place we stayed at in Thailand by far!
Cons: Nothing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location in the rural outskirts of Pai was excellent for our family (we had rented a car), and the kids loved the large swimming pool! So much that they both wore holes in their swim suits on the slide
Cons: The bright lights along the path outside our window made it a bit hard for us to sleep, but other people might feel reassured by the night lighting. I guess it's a matter if preference. We had hoped to have dinner at the restaurant the first night and were told they were open til 7pm, but then were told that the staff were too busy to cook for us when we ordered food at 6.30 as some people arrived to check in, so drove into town for dinner. Therefore do order early if you want to eat here.

7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The view is amazing, you can see for miles looking out over Pai. Breakfast was great quality, all fresh, tasty and plenty of choice. The lift into town and back was always available when we needed it.
Cons: The property as a whole was a little old and tired. Could do with a bit of an update and refurb. There were quite a few stray dogs always wandering around at the end of the hotel drive, we felt a little threatened by them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location on a hill overviewing Pai. Nice rooms with great delicious breakfast on your personal balcony. Free 5 min shuttle to the city center. Very nice place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That view from our bedroom was stunning, the free tuk tuk service into and back from town, friendly staff, clean rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: The view and lovely staff
Cons: Everything about this place is apalling,Chipped tiles in bedroom.ripped bedlinen, torn and fraying towels, mouldy and torn umbrellas around pool torn sunloungesl.InIdoor fake timber around pool that you slipped on constantly.Everthing about this place(besides the view)was an absolute joke and con with photos and description. It was the worst place we have ever stayed in. The so called spa bath on the balcony filled with filthy brown water that ran cold after 1 minute,so no spa bath for us. Thank god Pai is such a wonderful and gorgeous place, such a shame about the accommodation,
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice view from the room, clean and comfy. Motorbike is a must, center is not in walking distance. Staff were very helpful. All in all really loved our stay.
Cons: Up hill walk to the room, reception close early

Pros: Nice and helpfull staff. Great variety of breakfast to choose from and a stunning view!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved this place. So relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful viewpoint to watch the sunset and breakfast was served to the room every morning so we could eat on the balcony. Best part of our trip so far. The hotel contributed to our love for pai. I would highly recommend this place. Pool was clean and service extremely friendly. Would love to return. They also have a shuttle service into the town if you dont fancy walking or renting a bike
Cons: That we had to leave after 2 nights. We only have ourselves to blame hahaha

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel manager is incredible. He bent over backwards to answer every question we had. He arranged for the driver to take us to the bike shop up the street to rent bikes. He also arranged our massages. The breakfast buffet was superb! The homemade jams were the best I've ever had. Our entire stay was memorable. The hotel is also in the middle of town. Everything is within walking distance.
Cons: Everything was amazing!
6.7 Good
Cons: Overpriced, not great value. Also, would advise against relying on pickup service as they didn't show...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and made me feel welcome. I was even driven to the bus station and help was given with buying a bus ticket when leaving. The location was great as it was right on one of the main roads through Pai with all the nightlife, but it was set back far enough from the road that I wasn't disturbed by noise. The setting was lovely and it felt like a mini jungle in the middle of the town.
Cons: The room was a little smaller than expected and didn't have any storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a big deal as the room itself was lovely and cosy.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: It is a very nice place, and the bed is very comfortable, however it is VERY loud at night due to the central location. It’s difficult to sleep and earplugs don’t fully block out the noise. Noise stops just after midnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Fantastic hotel and staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was spectacular!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Last year, we spent some amazing days at the Pai Village and we definitely fell in love. Which is why we just had to come back. And again, we were spoiled with more then you could imagine. Starting off with the whole crew, who just did such an amazing job again. Every single employee, whether its the manager, a receptionist or a houskeeper, or anyone else is taking so much care of you and will make sure that you will have an unforgettable stay. They are super kind and friendly and always help you out with any desire you have. Special big thanks again to Add, who straight away came to our room to welcome us back, took some time to tell us about the new famous spots in Pai and even brought us some welcome drinks & snacks. But as I said, i could write down every single name of all the employees we met because they were all just amazing! The rooms, well they might be smaller then others, but since its so lovely and charming, we don‘t consider that as negativ point at all. The beds are super comfortable, you have a fan and an AC & everything is clean and comfy. You have a fridge, a small couch and the best about the whole Cottage is definitely the small veranda infront of it. Grab a drink, lay down and enjoy the calmness of the nature. Breakfast: definitely one of the best buffets we had on our asia journeys so far. On our last day we were leaving really early, before the buffet was open. But they even took care of that and made us two breakfast boxes to go!! Make sure to also check out the farm that belongs to the hotel. A beautiful spot with lots of animals and plants. The location is amazing. Right in the heart of pai, not even a minute away from the daily night market but still calm if your cottage is a bit further back in the yard. We can definitely recommend that hotel! If you go to Pai, thats sipmly the place to go! Even if you might have to pay a little bit more, it‘s 100% worth every penny.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent, planned out a perfect day out for us and we're super attentive at all times. Location is perfect as it's right where all the restaurants ant bars are whilst still being quiet.
Cons: Rooms were small and difficult to fit into with the luggage as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We felt very welcome!!! The resort is super central but quite. Like a oasis! The room was clean and comfortable the breakfast healthy with fresh mango lassi, fruits, home made marmalade and fruit from the farm. Definitely recommend!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little hut, we had a bathroom which was basic but had everything you need. Bed was comfy and hammock a nice touch. Great location just 5 minutes to walking street across the bamboo bridge, but far enough away it was quiet at night. Parking area for bikes was really useful. Breakfast good for a coffee and fruit but we headed into Pai for breakfast most days. Great value.
Cons: All great
7.9 Good
Pros: Really nice huts especially the ones with the private bathroom.
Cons: Not all the neighbors considered being quiet after 10PM.. tough this is not the accommodation's fault.. Water pressure in the shower was not really high.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice bungalow far enough from the crazy walking street but close enough (3min by walk through a bamboo bridge)
Cons: The shower was not enough hot for me but that’s ok, simple breakfast (toast and OJ)
6.3 Good
Pros: It was very quirky staying in a cute little hut! Also very peaceful. Breakfast was standard and drinking water supplied around the clock! Toilets and showers were cleaned twice a day.
Cons: The room was very very small (literally nowhere to put your bags and then move around). No air con and the fan didn’t really do much as it wasn’t powerful enough. No hand soap to wash yourself hands with after using the toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our night at the Pai Country Hut. It was clean, cosy and comfortable. We felt as if we were at one with nature and loved relaxing in the hammock at the front of the hut.
Cons: We liked everything.

4.0 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: Everything, friendly helpful stuff would be a start.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved it here and would definitely go back. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely gazebo set up with cushions and pillows...it was a perfect spot for me to do yoga in the morning. Very close to walking street market but super quiet at the same time.
Cons: The pool is beautiful, but didn’t get any sun at all. If you like yo sunbathe it’s not great for that. The upside to that is that it felt much cooler there after waking around in the hot sun!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location rooms are comfy beds softer than most in Thailand. Bathroom hasfan excellent!
Cons: Every thing ok breakfast needs hot eggs and better cereal selection
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very helpful staff
Cons: We had some problems with our shower but they were quickly resolved.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place with beautiful garden, quiet and a minutes walk from the night market
Cons: Breakfast is a bit basic
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel atmosphere was relaxed and tranquil. There was a small hut in the middle of the hotel courtyard, which was an ideal place for chilling out, having an afternoon nap or reading a book.
Cons: The hotel didn't offer any food or snacks. You had to find an alternative location, if you wanted something to eat. There were a large quantity of mosquito's around the grounds. This made it hard to sit out on the balcony for long, as you were simply bitten alive.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really comfy beds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can reach walking street easily in three minutes. I heard river and birds in the morning.
Cons: During my visit the big group of Thai tourists came by motorcycles and had the dinner on the river side. It was pretty loud event.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is very convenience which is close to the walking street. We got bungalow next to Pai River, we could see Pai River from our balcony. We enjoy to sit there every morning and evening. Our balcony is like observation deck. We got lovely resort kitty cat to accompany us almost every day. At night, we are enjoy watching little gecko and big gecko are hunting insects and bugs. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The property area and rooms are getting old. The curtain has some mold. They need to renovate sooner in the future. The music from the bar restaurants from walking street was so loud every night. We could hear it but it was not bother me too much. If someone who wants to stay and wants the quiet place at night , may want to choose another hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were fantastic. Rooms were clean. Great location.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a really beautiful location on the river. the ground are well maintained and really beautiful. It is actually very close to the bar street but it doesn't feel like it as you can't hear it at all. the place feels really out of the way and secluded.
Cons: The beds were really uncomfortable. They have Asian style hard mattresses that may be difficult for western guests.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were extraordinarily friendly. One day I was trying to get a taxi to my motorbike I had left at a bar outside the city the night before and there was a bit of a language barrier, but the man ended up giving me a ride to it free of charge. The breakfast is great, I love the porch on the bungalow and the central location. The courtyard was very beautiful and relaxing to look at and I spent a lot of time on my porch.
Cons: While this didn’t happen while I was there, a friend of mine who stayed mentioned that due to the proximity to the ally, when he came back late at night there would be a pack of dogs barking and growling at him. One day during my stay I listened to two of the staff members have a top of their lungs screaming match for about 40 minutes straight—I was surprised they still had their voices afterwards. Honestly though, it didn’t bother me that much it was kind of entertaining I only wish I knew what they were saying. The gentleman ended up giving me a little bit of a discount (I think because he knew I had witnessed this) I would say other than that one issue, my stay was completely lovely. Oh...there was no hot water. I think if I had alerted the staff they would have fixed it for me because my friend did not have the same issue—but I was enjoying the cold showers!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property! It’s a little dated but very comfortable. It’s very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s also very close to the asking street and the bars.
Cons: The dogs in the alleyway mess with you if you come back late at night. If you take a taxi back have them drop you off at the door rather than at the end of the alleyway.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, tasty breakfast, quite spacious room: in other words, in this guesthouse you’ll find everything you need.
Cons: The room a little bit dirty and old, but if you have no plans to sit in the hotel all day long it won’t be a problem for you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely chill, despite being mere steps from the main drag.
Cons: While night time fun doesn’t bother my sleep, I imagine some may prefer to be further out of town.
