Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Cardiff, attending events, and accessing restaurants and shops. Many reviewers also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several mentioning exceptional service. However, some guests were disappointed by uncomfortable beds, high noise levels—especially from nearby bars and trains—and issues with parking costs and access. Despite these drawbacks, the location and service stood out as the hotel's main strengths.
