Pros: On arrival as a family, we found the reception staff very welcoming, professional and courteous.
During our stay, we found the rooms very good value for the money, clean and the warm colours of the decor very relaxing.
Nothing was too much trouble, for the reception staff and the bar staff during our visit.
We will certainly stay in a Future Inns hotel again in the future.

Cons: Nothing to complain about during our stay, only compliments to all the staff both front of house and operational staff behind the scenes.

Pros: Aside from the negative points regarding check in. The staff are helpful and the standard of the facilities very good. There is ample parking which is a big plus.
Cons: The check in process is ridiculously overly complex and time consuming. There was a queue out of the door when we arrived. Other hotels can check you in far quicker than this. Also, there was no attempt as far as I could see to get extra staff to help. Also, the room was not fully prepared. There were no glasses or bathrobes. Not a big deal but a minor annoyance. The check in is a major annoyance.

Cons: My room door didn’t get locked when I left for dinner. I went away thinking it will. However, when I returned managed to open it without using the card key. Also, the tea bags were horrible taste and the milk provided for tea was off.

Cons: Annoyingly we had to wait for a table at breakfast for about 5 minutes which was annoying with the service for tea and coffee too slow for a four star hotel . Room was cold when we arrived and it took the air conditioning a long time to warm up, indeed even at 23 degree setting it was still not warm . Very expensive car parking across the road, albeit with a discount .

Cons: We travelled with family and we were offered rooms on the same floor when we got there which seemed a good idea but the rooms that we were allocated were not the Superior King Rooms that we booked. Refurbishment of the bar and restaurant was taking place while we were there and when we questioned our room on check out the receptionist confirmed that we had been allocated Queen rooms,she also said the Superior King rooms were on the first floor and that we may have been disturbed by the noise of ongoing refurbishment but we were not aware of that when it was suggested to change our rooms on checking in. The hotel staff could not comment on the price that we paid via booking.com.

Cons: For the price we paid for a nights stay which wasn’t cheap, there was a number of things that could be improved upon. Firstly, The bed (queen size) bases kept coming apart.. which meant by the morning I was laying on a massive gap, the room view was of the car park when advertised it would be a city view, the room had chips on furniture and needed painting in areas, and the breakfast was very greasy and not all options stated on the menu where there. Overall didn’t enjoy the breakfast or wasn’t impressed or satisfied with the room for the price. When expressed my feelings toward a staff member at the end of the stay I was given no real answer or apology. Would not stay at this hotel again. The cons far outweighed the pros.

Cons: The shower wasn't inconsistent with the temperature and gave cold bursts. There was no water bottles in the room so you had to drink from the tap which is fine but generally is warm in hotels and not nice to drink, as was the case. Breakfast was very crowded, we arrived just before 10am, the room was unable to hold the required needed for the hotel, however the staff managed this well and the breakfast was very nice so worth the hassle.

The staff were very helpful, even though our room wasn't quite ready when we checked in, they offered us a free welcome drink whilst we were waiting and we had only had maybe 5 mins waiting and they came to confirm we could check in whenever we were ready. Great experience and ideally located for the town and motorpoint Arena, would definitely recommend it. Thank you.

Cons: Problems with the lock on the door, perhaps an issue with the system or the key card. Took many attempts to get our room door open. Almost every time we tried to get into our room we was met with the red light which then prompted walking down the reception to get the key reset. With this in mind however it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Pros: The building is amazing, it definitely was an experience. The food in the restaurant was lovely and service was fab! A man named Lewis checked us in and was very friendly and funny, as was another gentleman but sadly didn’t catch his name! Lewis told us that if there was any issues with our room even if we didn’t like we could move to another (no need). Very hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us. The jacuzzi bath was amazing, a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. As we were staying because of my birthday Lewis gave us a couple of free drink tokens too! Thank you.

Cons: Room needs a lick of paint as it's looking a little rough around the edges. A bigger bed as a double looked lost in the room. More light as the ceiling lights did not light the room up nearly enough (had to use our phone light!).

Pros: The location of IBIS center was great. Only a short walk to the shops and the motor point arena.
Cons: Too over priced for what was offered. Very basic room which appeared to be similar to uni digs. No drink option it the room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Pros: The room was excellent. Very compact, clean and modern. I liked the window and had a good outlook. No noise and easy to get to from the city or train station.

All staff we met from check in to breakfast were super helpful and professional. We had a problem with the bedroom safe which was very quickly resolved late at night. Breakfast staff coped brilliantly with the Sunday morning influx of guests arriving in the final half hour before service ended, particularly a lady called Nayana (?). Breakfast was a great choice of hot food from a buffet, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals etc.

Cons: shower pole lose and shower head kept rotating whilst showering requiring it to be handheld. Vanity mirror missing only arm wall attachment remaining. Dirt ( blood) on net curtains, although the bed was comfortable the bedding ( duvet cover) was worn and frayed, the room looked tired.I have stayed here before and this room was not up to the standard of others - these are minor issues, but it wasn't up the standard I had come to expect
