Our car was filthy, had a lot of blood stains all over, we felt so uncomfortable driving the car, if there are blood stains that means the car didn’t get cleaned. Our tires was bald and we didn’t feel safe driving. Seems like their cars are not maintained. It’s not safe to drive a car with tires that are very thin. Very disappointed with our rental, to think we’re in a different country and we want to make sure we feel safe.Reviewed 27 May 2022

The first car I received was unfortunately, difficult to drive because the transmission was subpar. I called the rental office and they immediately told me that they could give me a different car. The second car I received was much better and I had no problems with it during the month of rental.Reviewed 3 Mar 2022

Despite sending a confirmation email the day before my rental, Budget did not honor the reservation. In other words, they had no car to rent me, making up some lame excuse that when I made my online reservation, it was "after hours," and that "the server" sent the confirmation email automatically. The manager, an unsympathetic soul named Elgene actually suggested he might be able to get me a car at another car rental but I might have to pay alot more because Budget would not honor my guaranteed rate.Reviewed 30 Dec 2021

Our trip was scheduled to leave on Dec 4th. On Nov 8th the airline changed our departure to Dec 5th. I called and changed our arrival date thru the 1-800 # and spoke to a person named Mary and was told everything was taken care of. We arrived in Aruba on Dec 5th and we were told that since we didn’t pick up the vehicle on Dec 4th our vehicle was rented to someone else and they did not have any other vehicles available. They didn’t know anyone named Mary. Another gentleman was suppose to pick up his vehicle at noon but due to delays with the airlines he didn’t get there till 3:30 and was told the same thing.Reviewed 20 Dec 2021

Friendly and courteous staff. When our turn came, the signing process took less than 5 minutes. However, the wait to be seen was the longest out of all the rental agencies. Had to spend 20 mins in the sun in 90 degree weather. The car was dated, not clean. Had a very distinct smell of moisture that barely went away with the time of our rental. It was quick and staff was so helpful. I didn’t realize I booked a car at a location outside of the airport which wasn’t an issue at all. The clerk had a driver take us to the location within 5 mins and when we picked up our car it was so fast and easy! Friendly staff would recommend!Reviewed 15 Aug 2021
