Terrible They indicated that the auto insurance policy that I purchased thru your associated company would not be recognized by Avis and therefore I needed to purchase another policy. I believe my $54 purchase should be refunded. I paid another $72 to Avis.Reviewed 16 Feb 2025

Airplane was a couple of hours late and they gave away our car. No cars available. Hertz in Aruba was a much better experience. Highly recommend them over Avis in Aruba!!Reviewed 5 Jan 2025
