Car had zero washer fluid in it. Had to drive straight to a gas station and buy some. Also don’t think the gas tank was completely full? I had done the exact same drive earlier in the week with another rental company and refilled the tank for $10. This time, it cost $20 to refill the tank? Car was small and not what ordered. Passenger door would only open on outside. Car had a knock in the steering column and tire pressure was low when picking up vehicle so had to find a gas station with air. Unacceptable and over paid for the car. We had no issues with Budget. Called the day prior to confirm vehicle would we ready for pick up next morning. We were upgraded to a BMW SUV. The process was smooth. It was expensive but just glad to have secured a vehicle.Reviewed 24 Jul 2022
