More counter help. The customer in front of me asked EVERY question imaginable and some that were unimaginable and then of course the attendant was trying to up sell. Sorry but the last thing you want to do after a long day of traveling is to wait in line unnecessarily. Once they got done our transaction went smoothly and we were on our way.8.0 Very Good

The staff were friendly, but there was a long line to pick up and a long line to drop off. You need a second staff person in the mornings. I won't rent from you again in Halifax. It's too big a hassle.Cons:
The car was also dirty. Not horrible, but not washed, and had dirty floor mats and a couple of scattered pieces of debris inside. This was not a terrible experience, but the pickup-dropoff wait of more than half an hour made it not worth it. I went by the counter of the competition in the bus station, and they had a much shorter line. I'll use them next time, which is upcoming in the spring.10.0 Wonderful
