Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. They gave away my car that I had reserved because I had to wait in their own line that took 2 HOURS. The man was rude and said it was our own fault we has to wait in line 2 hours. Then trying charging us double the online price. Budget at catania airport is the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced and I’m so happy we just said no to the car and figured it out on our own.Reviewed 4 Oct 2024
