Biman blocked my ticket
Cons: My ticket weas rescheduled through Kayak and it was showing updates on kayak apps. Unfortunately, at airport Biman could not find my ticket and informed me that it got blocked. I had to pay $80 to activate the ticket.

Decent flight - some room for improvement
Pros: It's a short flight but really nice to get a meal. Staff were friendly and plane was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Line ups a check in counters are not easy to navigate. Plane also left delayed and didn't even start boarding until 10 minutes before departure time.
