Cons: Not much - there are some blue led lights on aircon control, switches, etc that are quite bright at night, so changing them to a soft green would enable complete black-out for good sleep. Also, the aircon is quite loud no matter which setting it is on. Other than that, really outstanding and we will be back yet again!

Cons: Breakfast was a bit pricey, but really good selection of foods (including gluten-free and dairy-free options). You can pre-buy a breakfast "certificate" which provides a bit of a discount.

Cons: The wifi can be a little slow at times. Not a big problem but one of our dressing gowns were’t replaced after day 2 and my partnet had to ring to ask for one. They couldn’t understand what we said, so we had to show them the gown. All solved quickly but it should not have been something customers need to ask- room service should be perfection.
We couldn’t have breakfast on a couple of days as the queues for breakfast was so long (10 couples/families in front of us) that we left and found food elsewhere. This needs to be addressed as it wouldn’t be acceptable for a 5 star nor a 4 star hotel. To their aid, the manager did speak to me immediately after I gave them feedback promising they’ll fix the issue. This is great, but it still doesn’t help the fact that we have had to miss breakfast we paid for for a few days.

Cons: There was a little confusion between staff who could not speak English.Our group wanted to book extra night accommodation, but found it was cheaper and had to be done on an internet booking and not in person at the hotel.

Cons: Bangkok is becoming too expensive now and the Landmark prices are too high. Small beer 240 baht plus plus is just going too greedy whist taxis are 35 baht flag fall. Staff wages less than the price of two small beers at the Landmark. Just silly.

Cons: The receptionists need to update information of other properties when reccomend guests. We were reccomended to an Italian restaurant but was not informed to dress formally as it required. So we missed out the dinner and waited under a rain for almost an hour as that location was unfrequented.The next day, we came to Concierge, the lady there was on phone and talked to us at the same time. She was kind of cranky and not give the information as we expected but wanted to end up the conversation quick. The breakfast was a bit letdowns with not many selection.Additon, the location was not as in the website.It is still in the center, but not that close to Patunam.It takes app. 10 mins walking to Center World Plaza.

Minibar and laundrey services expensiv as expected. If you wanted to smoke and didn't want to stay in a "smoking OK room" then there is no other option to go down to the street since the hotel otherwise has no places for the "smoking public"

Cons: Hotels taxi service was terrible. Taxi service ise on the ground floor. When you ask them for a taxi, they have to call a taxi, not? But, they prefer to ask us where we want to go. If our route is on a shopping centre, it,s ok. But if not, they tell us, outside you can find taxi. In addition, from the hotel to the Siam Square, we went by metertaxi, it costed 75 Bahts. Do you know how much wanted us hotels taxi service? 500 Bahts. It isn't all. If we demand a metertaxi, they didn't call everytime. Outside, there were some taxis (not metertaxi), they channelised us to them. If we hadn't insisted to go with metertaxi, we would have to pay twice what we paid. The best way:find a good map, plan your route good, and find your taxi alone.
