The bathroom was fantastic. The room very spacious. The executive lounge and staff there were outstanding. Tv reception excellent. Access to the train was straight from the hotel.
I stayed here with my 2 young children (age 9) for one week. The location is great, with its own dedicated, covered sky walk connecting you to the BTS SkyTrain. We used this every single day, it's so easy and fast. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, very well designed and ours looked out over the infinity pool and the amazing skyline. The buffet breakfast is well worth it and caters for every taste from Japanese to Chinese to America, they have it all. Do have a swim and a drink at sunset and sample some of the chefs creations (expensive for BKK, but good). We also needed to go to St Louis Hospital only 5-10 minutes walking, so a good location for medical visits. Don't forget to explore the back sois (alleys and small roads) in back of the hotel and also across from it. There's a whole other very Thai world back there so very different than this fancy hotel. We loved it.
They should make a better effort at plastic conservation. They bring tiny little plastic water bottles to the room everyday but there's no effort or place to recycle. The toiletries are also little plastic bottles. South East Asia has a huge plastic problem. I would much rather have refillable toiletries and also dedicated water cooler stations on each floor and in all public areas so those of us who are using eco-friendly reusable water bottles can refill and those who aren't might be inspired to start.
Great location adjoining the BTS station. Great breakfast spread with the different choices of mixed detox juices were lovely.
Good location, very comfortable beds, nice pool and a great happy hour
Would have preferred more Thai food options on the menu at Blunos.
