Cons: Not much - there are some blue led lights on aircon control, switches, etc that are quite bright at night, so changing them to a soft green would enable complete black-out for good sleep. Also, the aircon is quite loud no matter which setting it is on. Other than that, really outstanding and we will be back yet again!

Cons: Value compared to similar hotels in Thailand is a bit expensive. The two bed room suite size is just fine. ( smaller than it seems on pictures). Breakfast is good, but for Arabs it has limited choices.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit pricey, but really good selection of foods (including gluten-free and dairy-free options). You can pre-buy a breakfast "certificate" which provides a bit of a discount.

Cons: The wifi can be a little slow at times. Not a big problem but one of our dressing gowns were’t replaced after day 2 and my partnet had to ring to ask for one. They couldn’t understand what we said, so we had to show them the gown. All solved quickly but it should not have been something customers need to ask- room service should be perfection.
We couldn’t have breakfast on a couple of days as the queues for breakfast was so long (10 couples/families in front of us) that we left and found food elsewhere. This needs to be addressed as it wouldn’t be acceptable for a 5 star nor a 4 star hotel. To their aid, the manager did speak to me immediately after I gave them feedback promising they’ll fix the issue. This is great, but it still doesn’t help the fact that we have had to miss breakfast we paid for for a few days.

Pros: Very good location, the skytrain is like a 50m walk from hotel. The terminal 21 shopping centre is a 25m walk with good shopping and nice food. Also close to the nightlife, Aussie bar, around 4 nightclubs, go go clubs, very convenient for some. The rooms are magnificent, stove tops, clothes drier, clothes iron,microwave,a massive fridge and freezer also,showers have good water pressure, the toilets are amazing to... me being from Australia lol. Staff are also very helpful, very professional. I will be staying here again for my next trip for sure.

The entrance to the hotel was in keeping with a luxury hotel and the staff were attentive and polite. There was always a pleasant smell in the foyer. The room was quiet and beds comfy. The shower was good and there was a bath. Room service was excellent. Normally we rarely use it, but because we were jet lagged we ordered food at unusual times and it was excellent, as was the food in the Sky bar. WiFi was consistently good. Price was good compared to other 5 star hotels.

Cons: Inconsistent service , especially at breakfast . Understaffed and nobody seems to speak English . I have stayed at this property thrice and find the service has deteriorated. This time even the doorman at the entrance was missing on a few occasions. Housekeeping is slow . Breakfast is routine and nothing exceptional.

Cons: The room was no better than an average 4 star hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities were below that of a 3 star hotel. There was no milk to make a tea/coffee. We rang reception and was charged 120 bhat for a glass of milk so that we could have white tea/coffee, which for a 5 star hotel was very disappointing. The TV had very limited channels. The view from our room looked directly to another building. We kept the curtains closed so it didn’t really bother us, but if you want a view check with the hotel first. Best to compare this hotel with other average 4 star hotels, that way it would be a very good choice. As such we would recommend it, especially on price.

Pros: The staff are very accommodating and the service provided from check in and out to laundry is exceptional. I've checked and out numerous times over the last month and Merel in reception has been never failing in sorting out the mess I always create
Cons: It is expensive but you do get value for that expense, the breakfast sausages are truly uneditable. They are definitely not pork. Apparently their is one British butcher operating in Bangkok and supplies the Stumble Inn with their breakfast ingredients - five mins from the landmark and only 199THB for a very full breakfast.

Pros: Room very nice. Very easy access to sky train. Huntsman pub is good downstairs but same old formula for too long. Resident band are excellent though. Atmosphere lacking when quiet.
Cons: Bangkok is becoming too expensive now and the Landmark prices are too high. Small beer 240 baht plus plus is just going too greedy whist taxis are 35 baht flag fall. Staff wages less than the price of two small beers at the Landmark. Just silly.

Pros: Very good hotel, clean and tidy with some personality as well, quite rare in south east Asia. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly. Located downtown, it was just 100 meters from my meeting place. International food available on room service. Excellent Internet. Possibility to project your computer screen on TV, if you've got the hdmi cable. And all of it decently priced, so definitely a good pick.
Cons: The access was a bit difficult at peak traffic, but that's mostly Bangkok.

Pros: Hotel's location is good, in the calmer area, not on main road (where BTS/Train runs, and which is quite loud), but still in easy reach, and 2 min to local overland Train = BTS. All major attractions and Business Points are in the vicinity/within easy reach.. Room is very good, especially the baths which boast a combined tub/shower set-up. Was on Excecutive 11th Floor. Minor Complaints & Suggestions have been handled very professionally & efficiently at the FO-Team to my utmost satisfaction, and I will gladly return to the hotel when I can. Thank you. Room 1104.

Cons: No spa unfortunately. No sliced cheeses at all, presentation in cube forms that are not convenient / unusual for European/Western Guests and an intl. Hotel Chain expecting intl. Guests all days. Plates to put all (fruits, bread etc) were of smallest cocktail platter size, and neither practical nor standard for F&B / Breakfast operation. Service was efficient & friendly.

Pros: Cappuccino was to die for. Loved the garlic rice and eggs for breakfast. Quick walk to Terminal 21. Staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed me to keep an item at the hotel for almost a month until our return to fly.home. Rooms were large with full kitchen and laundry in room. As we were flying out early they prepared breakfast boxes for us.

Pros: The location is good but not excellent - 10 minutes on foot to the main road (or take the shuttle which you can wait for the same time) and then you are a few minuted away from Asok or Nana stations (centers of nightlife) as well as metro. The hotel itself is in a quiet place though despite being in the middle of Bangkok nightlife. The staff were mostly polite and always helpful, everything was clean and the room was good - actually considering what you get it's a good value for money. Buffet breakfast is good. There are a lot of eateries in the general area but involve at least 5 minutes of walking.

Pros: The people are really nice, the hotel room very big and comfortable. We were on the 25 floor with astonishing view to the city! There is a shuttle that bring you from the Main Street, next to the station, to the hotel. Every 10 minutes. The pool is quite good, as well as spa and gym. Breakfast is a normal continental one, just the coffee was not the best coffee in town. Everything really good!

Pros: The suite was neat, clean and large. I could walk barefoot comfortably. Hot water was excellently hot in the bath and towels were clean and fresh. Air conditioning worked perfectly good. Breakfast options were catered to Asians, Europeans and Americans. All these things are extremely important to me for business travel and it met all my requirements!

Pros: The location is good but not excellent - 10 minutes on foot to the main road (or take the shuttle which you can wait for the same time) and then you are a few minuted away from Asok or Nana stations (centers of nightlife) as well as metro. The hotel itself is in a quiet place though despite being in the middle of Bangkok nightlife. The staff were mostly polite and always helpful, everything was clean and the room was good - actually considering what you get it's a good value for money. Buffet breakfast is good. There are a lot of eateries in the general area but involve at least 5 minutes of walking.
Cons: Coming to hotel with a guest can result in being greeted by a frown from staff responsible for checking their id.

Pros: The people are really nice, the hotel room very big and comfortable. We were on the 25 floor with astonishing view to the city! There is a shuttle that bring you from the Main Street, next to the station, to the hotel. Every 10 minutes. The pool is quite good, as well as spa and gym. Breakfast is a normal continental one, just the coffee was not the best coffee in town. Everything really good!

Pros: The suite was neat, clean and large. I could walk barefoot comfortably. Hot water was excellently hot in the bath and towels were clean and fresh. Air conditioning worked perfectly good. Breakfast options were catered to Asians, Europeans and Americans. All these things are extremely important to me for business travel and it met all my requirements!

Cons: Don’t book the executive room! We were in the 16th floor of executive room but it was super noisy! There are two sides window that face the busiest main road and were noisy from day to night. The first night they were fully booked so we can only changed to the higher floor the second night, which is better but still cannot let us have a good sleep. The executive room is located at the same place in each floor so I can’t imagine how it will be in the lower floors. Our friend were at double room and it has only one side window so it is better. Overall, noise is the serious issue in this hotel, especially the executive room, which you paid extra to get the worst sleep ever... The quality of this trip was ruined. The hotel has to enhance their soundproof.

And the final touch, I paid extra to have breakfast included, on the first day of check-in we arrived very early in Bangkok so decided to get our breakfast in the hotel, which would be an extra charge; on the second day we couldn’t have breakfast because we had to leave very early, so I gently asked on the checkout if it was possible to use the tickets for breakfast we didn’t use to pay the breakfast we had on arrival and the receptionist refused! Although I paid for that freaking breakfast ticket anyway!! Very poor customer service that was.... VERY disappointed overall for the price I paid!....
