Pros: My stay in an Executive Suite was great and the Club Lounge was very good but the Air Conditioning in my bedroom never worked and the hotel was unable to repair it. They just changed the thermostat to display a lower room temperature but the air coming out was hot. I had to sleep in the living room on the couch because it was so hot some nights.

Cons: The room was tired; old TV, odd kettle/water heater. You need to pay for the use of just about everything and you only can connect two devices for the free (limited) WIFI.
The bathroom was dated and the bath wasn't appealing.
No IPod speaker, there was a funny old mp3 type connection but unclear how this worked.
The place needs an upgrade quickly to keep pace with five star competitors

Cons: Taxis from the hotel.The first driver stopped the meter soon after we got on, saying "this is holiday fee.", so we got off.And the second one claimed we needed to pay extra fee for him to return after we reached the airport though we told the door man about the firtst one and asked him to make sure to call a good driver that time. The woman clerk at the reception called a very honest friver on the first day so we think not every staff is unreliable. The swimming pool and Gym was said to be open until 1PM but we were made to leave before 10:30.The staffs clearly looked irritated to wait for us to get prepared.

Decorating tone ( a bit dark for my taste), it a little aged in sink top, side tables. The two full beds are just too jammed for 3 people, we were expected to use the couch as a third bed but it’s too small.
As we indicated in booking that we need the room for three persons, we added breakfast buffets, but were told at the check in that breakfast are only for two persons, to add another breakfast will cost almost $30( 999 bath). That was a little disappointed!!

Pros: Close to shopping; just a few feet from hotel. Offered a lot of amenities (did not do buffet offered since the price for one was what we spent eating at the market for three people). The gym was nice and the staff was friendly, English speaking. Nice view
Cons: The hotel was not super clean, stains were on the floor and we found a cockroach in my dad's room.

Cons: Elevator wait ones were extremely long, had to pay for wifi, stuffy odor in hallways, old building in desperate need of renovation.

- Awesome views.
- May be worth to stay a night booking a middle or high profile room to get to see the building, but not recommendable for long stays.
Cons: - The experience you get varies depending on the money you spend, that is, the room class or profile you book.
- To get a satisfactory experience, that is a clean, without bad smell and confortable room, you need to pay a mid to high range or profile room. For the minimum prize, which isn't low, you get a room with bad smell and maybe not clean enough.
- The overall quality/prize ratio is not good.
