Fantastic location. Close to the train and Chinatown. The rooms are comfortable. Food is not fantastic, but it's not terrible either.
The doors sometimes don't lock properly.
The view was gorgeous, as we had the room at 11th floor!
Everything was superb!
I liked the breakfast because it was yummy. My family and I are vegetarian, so they prepared us a really nice vegetarian cuisine. The room is comfy and the beds are large enough to roll over.
Housekeeping need to be improved. After coming back, there were hair on the floor and the bathroom towel was not changed.
Please remain the cleanness of hotel and facilities
The beaches on Koh Yao Yai are very beautiful, but due to low tide only usable in the morning. Our room cost about 200 Euro per night. Compared to this price, it was a pity that the couch was full of stains. Near by there was a local motorcycle rental which is advantageous. The dinner was unfortunately only mediocre compared to the price and the otherwise very good food in Thailand. (We tried 3 different meals). The wellness options are also 3 times the price we payed in Ao nang so be careful. An absolute cheek was to demand 500 Baht for the loss of a towel. Honesty probably doesn't pay off. 1 day in the Village and cost over 7000 baht. For the hotel management it is more important to charge an overpriced towel than to have satisfied customers who recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Dinner mediocre compared to the great Kitchen Thailand has to offer. Lost of a towel costs 600 baht. Yes you read it right. Wellness well overpriced compared to so Ao nang, Phuket etc. Couch in the living room was really dirty.
