Beautiful space that was the ideal location and very comfortable for our stay. We will be back.
Everything was fabulous. Not a thing to complain about.
Clean, great rooms, comfortable
Felt like home away from home. Very cozy bed and atmosphere. The staff was phenomenal and made you feel like the only guest there. They had everything if you forgot anything.
Parking was down a different street and it was open, but the location of the hotel didn't offer them many options with parking anyway.
My wife and I came up for one night for her 30th birthday. Once we got into our room we realized our toilet wasn’t filling with water so we couldn’t flush. We notified the front desk on the way out as we left for dinner that night. On the way back in we were told that there was an issue with the water filling but maintenance would be by in the morning to fix it. The front desk left us a note (see picture) explaining the issue. They also left a $25 gift card to a cocktail bar. Unfortunately this does us any good as my wife is pregnant and can’t drink. Not to mention we were only staying for one night and were already in for the evening so when was even I going to use this gift card? So for the entire night and morning my wife and I took turns filling up the toilet with water so we could flush it. When we woke up the next morning to brush our teeth, we noticed brown water coming from the sink. No one had mentioned to us any issues with water so we had no idea what was going on. When we checked out that morning we were told we would be given a $50 credit (out of $600) for not being able to use our toilet. We asked about the water and were told there was a boil advisory for Asheville, although we were “supposed” to have been told about it when we checked in. So we couldn’t use the restroom, couldn’t brush our teeth/wash our face and we paid over $600. Would have been better off staying at the best western. Extremely disappointed by the communication and conflict resolution by the management staff. We definitely won’t be returning and will make sure all of our friends and family don’t either.
apartment was beautiful and it had everything needed for a lovely stay!
Doors and floors are so loud and squeaky! Floors are wooden and we could hear the people staying above us sooo loudly!!!
