The location is perfect. Lots within walking distance. We ate out at a different restaurant every night and walked every time. Amazing breakfast place right next to hotel! Our room was stylish, comfy, spacious. We left town most days and did an outdoor excursion like hiking, ziplining, rafting. I LOVED that we had a washer/dryer in our room so I could do some laundry and not pack up our filthy clothes! Perfect place in Asheville, we've already booked our next visit!
The only negative thing I can think of at this hotel is that there is not an outdoor space. I wish the rooms had a balcony but the windows do open unlike other hotels so that's nice. Some people may find it a negative that there is not onsite parking or a valet. Once we were there, we realized this was no big deal. They give you a space which is a couple blocks away but the only time we used our car was during the day so no biggie to walk. In the evening, we walked everywhere so it worked perfectly for us.
They should make good fresh coffee in the lobby
Everything. Staff ) Zero) was helpful with my reservation . Location perfect ! Gorgeous room , bed extremely comfortable. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again.
Never been to Asheville, so cannot say. Did not have breakfast but love that I can have my coffee right there in suite and anything else I could have wanted. Love the washer dryer addition. Very nice addition.
Lovely reception area and rooms. Excellent taste, very quiet and very friendly staff
Got very confused by the complexity of the various light switches and remote controls. BUT that may be more our problem than theirs!
