Cons (-) We were put in the first room on the bottom floor. It was very loud. It was hard for our 13 month old to sleep and even too loud for us to sleep. The staff wasn't very nice. They almost seemed upset that the hotel was full with evacuees. We had to call the main number to get a group discount applied. The onsite manager had refused to give it to us.

Pros (+) It was in a good location to walk to downtown restaurants and breweries if you enjoy the hippie scene that downtown Asheville has to offer.
Cons (-) The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night on and off for an hour. When I called the desk to ask if there was an emergency the concierge seemed oblivious to the fact that it was the middle of the night and all of the guests were being woken up by loud alarms.
