Cons:When I arrived at the airport to pickup my car - the Alamo representative at the shuttle said there were no cars available for me. Even though I had reserved a car and received a confirmation of that reservation through Kayak. The representative explained that they try to block reservations because they have a limited number of cars available and cannot fulfill all of them. There should be a better way to track this through your site and your rental affiliates.Reviewed 5 Jan 2021
