Pros:the older woman was helpful and i was pleasantly surprised to get a bigger car even though i had requested a kia or similar. since all she had on the lot was an Equinox i got that at the price i had planned to pay. Thank youCons:nothing. very happy with the serviceReviewed 25 Nov 2019
