I arrived right before my 6pm pickup time and was told at the desk that they didn't have a vehicle for me. While setting up my pickup and drop off time, it kept changing my drop off date and time from the 19th to the 21st even though I put pickup 18th and drop off the 19th which I planned to get them to correct at Hertz desk. They also told me that all other rental companies were out of vehicles at GPT airport as well. I left and scheduled with National and they were able to accommodate me but I had to wait until 7 pm for pickup. It was not a good experience to drive all of the way there and not have the vehicle I reserved and then have to wait another hour.Reviewed 23 Sept 2026

The return process was a bit lengthy, as we waited for someone to check us out. Also, the representative questioned a scrape on the side of the car — but luckily I had photographic proof that it was there when I picked up the car. Strongly advise anyone to do the same.Reviewed 22 Sept 2026

Hertz was AMAZING! The 3rd party insurance not so much. I’m sure it was somewhere in the fine print, that I would have been reimbursed for any out of pocket claim costs, but luckily I was able to cancel it and purchase insurance through Hertz for just $10 more than that 3rd party dealer. Thank you, to the Hertz rep for explaining this to me!Reviewed 20 Sept 2026

The staff was helpful and gave us 3rd driver fee for free, and worked with us on what tupe of van suits us. Offered us the Toyota Pro-Ace that gave us a more suitable seating and luggage space. I will always choose Hertz from now on for my car rental needs.Reviewed 20 Sept 2026
