I have never so very dissatisfiedCons:My flight was delayed, I made it so late to my destination that I had to cancel the rental... and guess what? they kept the money... NO REFUND, NOT EVEN A PORTION, THEY KEPT IT ALL RENTAL AND INSURANCE.Reviewed 5 Apr 2017

Best car rental experience of recent times.Pros:I was impressed with the ease of picking up the car and the drop off. For some reason, some agencies can take a half hour to get you into the car. At the counter in MGM, it was easy and it was fast. The car was new, clean and performed wonderfully. Very positive experience.Reviewed 23 Jan 2017
